the soup was delicious I haven't gotten any from there I didn't like.. Highly recommend
Worst Panera Bread and a horrible experience. The front clerk completely ignored my presence and when I went to a different register going for some kind of acknowledgment and to place my order I look and she’s taking another person who has just walked in and then when I returned to that counter I had to speak up to prevent being ignored again and my bagel was not toasted I was charged for that and the bagel. Also the bagel was badly made not correct cinnamon on top. Bad experience
Waited for my curbside pickup order for almost an hour. I get a text explaining my food is ready and a worker should be outside shortly. Waited even longer until I walked inside to find my pizza box sitting at a counter and by the feel of the temperature, it was sitting there for a good 10 minutes or more. This is ridiculous and I rarely write reviews but this really got to me. If you offer curbside pickup, please let the person know if you are going to be out or not. I am very disappointed in this service.

The counter with two registers was closed but there were no signs saying so. The only one open was so close to the door that it was difficult to get in and out. There was only decaf coffee, no hazelnut, no light roast, no dark roast. Please put in some kiosks like Clemmons and Hanes square.
Always love Panera bread but this time the salad wasn't good no cheese gave me my bread on the top of my salad outside the box ask for butter for the bread didn't give it to me and paid 13.00 it wasn't worth it

I have been here for 24 hours waiting for my food i have had to buy camping bags go stay the night. It’s getting cold might start a fire.Ps: dont take a cookie i repeat dont take a cookie
The staff were very kind but the reason im only giving it one startl is because it is way and i mean WAYYY over priced i went to get a 7 dollar duet meal and asked for them to give me a whole grilled cheese instead of the half that it comes with and they were going to charge me 7 extra dollars for the other half to my sandwich they also have very dirty restrooms and the whole vibe of the place is just very snobby and like they are better than you i could have went to mcdonalds and had a better time hopefully they will lower there prices soon or actually start giving you a whole sandwhich for the amount of money they charge
Placed an order online from this location. Ordered 6 items, 3 of the items were missing when delivered. Called the store to understand why this was the case, was put on hold forever. My call was picked up and they say " Sorry, we forgot to place the items in the bag. I'll go fetch a manager. " and was again put on hold ! Not too happy with the service.
