this panera i thought was super clean compared to lawndale and i was right but unfortunately when finishing my salad… there was a hair in the bottom. i give two stars because the manager Brenda did refund me, give me a free meal and a free dessert. i appreciated her try to accommodate me after the misnomer but i do think the staff should wear hair nets. i’ve lost all hope with panera (so many recent bad experiences) and sadly, they’ve lost a valued customer for good.
Used to be pretty efficient and well run with good food. Ever since Covid it’s fallen way off. Nothing ready orders wrong etc.

Went into the Pisgah Church location today and the place was in horrible condition. Floor were trashed. The bathroom obviously hard a flood and no one bothered to take care of it. The carpet was dirty with an area that had actual clay dirt on it. Tables were nasty. I went in and left out. No way I would eat in a place so messy! Please do better Panera
Love Panera but service was incredibly slow and the location very dirty! Really a shame!
Every table was dirty. Trash was over flowing. Floors look like they haven't been cleaned all day. Staff was not professional and bread supply was limited.
Placed order they got it wrong, the I got home they left half of the order out and the I get home and call them and they tell me they cannot give a refund unless i am in the store! Never again will I go back!
Very over rated (in my opinion). The portions are small. The price is high. I ordered curbside and waited nearly an hour for them to never come. Was told three times they were on the way. It’s just not the best experience for the money being spent. I will say, when they had ham I enjoyed it more. I haven’t found anything yummy on the menu recently. I’ve never been fond of the beverage options. I do enjoy the WiFi and the cafe like atmosphere. That definitely deserves a star. So there you go... 2 stars.Try it out for yourself. Everyone likes different things. You may enjoy the menu and have a better appreciation for the experience.
Food and service has gone way down since covid.
Pretty clean, it seemed understaffed. The dining room is dated, they didn’t have tablet ordering stations like most.Everyone was nice we interacted with and the food was yummy.
