Salad Soup

I stopped here because it had a drive through. What a mistake!!! The menu read for a take 2, Signature Sandwich and side $10.89. I ordered the grilled chicken with creamy tomato soup. The cashier from the speaker said $16 and some cents. I said excuse me but your menu says $10.89. It did not register to him what I was saying. We went back and forth. So when I drove up to the window I was handed the sandwich by a very nice young lady without the soup. I explained what was on their billboard. A few seconds later she asked what kind of soup did I want as if they were doing me a favor. My reaction at some point was for them to check the billboard and price list.By the way the Signature Chicken was not good. It had some Parmesan chips lettuce and chicken with no flavor. The sandwich was flavorless.Panera Bread has really lost its ranking in the food industry.Panera Bread on Lawndale. Greensboro, NC.

Ordered a toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich. Ate half my sandwich, which was missing the onions and horseradish... no big deal. The second half of the sandwich was what you see pictured (onion and cheese) - that is a problem. Attempted to contact store, but after a full two minutes of the phone ringing (so at least 20 rings) I got no answer. For some reason I expect more from Panera, what a complete letdown.

I go to this location often. The fresh made-to-order sandwiches are always great, and my friend ordered the new spring salad with blueberries, strawberries and poppy seed dressing and she enjoyed that very much. Great meal!!

Absolutely reprehensible experience. Not only did they forget two items, one of which was a soup, but the other was my sons Mac and cheese. Once I turned around and headed back to the store to let them know, I was met with the silent attitude that implies that somehow I was doing something wrong. But worst of all, is that somehow, this photo is the $6.00 Mac and cheese that they felt was acceptable to put into the bowl for the customer. An absolutely incredible lack of care and insult to this customer. I’m astounded at how this apathy and negligence even occurs.

I like this location and the new drive thru is a nice addition. My only complaint would be some of the employees are either not listening to questions or they're just ill informed on certain things. On 2 occasions I've called ahead to ask which soups were available only to arrive and see the soup isn't being served with the "idk who could've told you that" response. On my last few visits, my order has been wrong 3x in a row with either missing items or wrong sizes. So I suggest you check your food before leaving and hope whatever you're craving is being served that particular day. Other than that, the dining area is clean and the staff are usually pleasant.

The girls tonight (1/13/22) handled their registers very well. I wanted to say something in person but didn’t want to make a big deal out of something they were holding down in a very professional manner. A man tonight around 7:40pm was giving the girls a hard time over literally nothing. He was white. They were not. That was the issue. He was talking on his phone who tell the person in the other line they were the n-word. The girls continued on with their jobs without arguing back in a situation where I would have refused to serve this customer. They did an amazing job tonight and managed to continue to get orders out for other customers in a timely manner, regardless of this disruption.

Disappointed with both Panera and Door Dash. Order left outside of the building at work. No call received. Food was cold. Panera manager did not assist in replacing the order. Door Dash attempted to replace the order twice but somehow we never received it. Called Panera back and was placed on hold and no one returned to the phone.

The food taste great! This location is just very slow. I got here about 15-20 minutes ago and I’m still sitting here waiting. Maybe the inside should be close or maybe limit drive thru but your employees here can’t handle both. I’m at the window and no one still hasn’t even came to get my money.

Don’t go here!Walk in at 8:25pm to eat and was told by the manager, “You know we close at 9:00?”..... You’re lucky we didn’t walk out, terrible costumer service by the manager. Everyone working was sitting around on their phones. We were the only people in there and it took 20 minutes to get our food and it was room temperature. Won’t be getting our business any more, we’ll gladly go somewhere else.

The Panera beard on Lawndale has awful service. They don’t greet people, I went this morning. And I was waiting patiently and someone else came in and this young woman decided to take another person before me. And didn’t even say anything about. So I decided to go to Starbucks across the street and they had great service. However, I suggest you not go to this Panera beard especially in the morning.
