It's always hit or miss with this location. Sometimes it's a great experience and other times it's bad. I swear a person can get whiplash with the service. Our waitress told us that she would bring us drinks or to go items. We waited over an hour and she never came back to the table. The prices have substantially gone up and not only is the service unpredictable, but the dine rewards are no longer worth it. It's very disappointing.
Great first visit! I ordered the Bloomin' Fried Chicken Sandwich. Wait staff was patient and cheery.
After sitting in #5 for over an hour and no food; JB reconciled my situation.Everything was fresh YET I ordered cheese, butter and sour cream for my baked potato; vegetables were tasty yet still a bit too crunchy and I was missing shrimp from my 5.99 side order.Nevertheless, I was graciously compted for the extreme delay and regardless I will always go back to that location because the BATTLEGROUND location needs some serious improvements, in my opinion.As much business as that location has they REALLY could do better.
Sat at bar seems like the bar tender had to run back and forth to kitchen to ask about food or get the food and she was slammed at bar but she kept a good attitude. Great service but they was out of everything and no cloth napkins was the weirdest thing
Was a party of two. Was seated very quickly. After seating us which was in the middle basically with four tables around us are waiter or waitress never came. Set there 15 to 20 minutes watching the four tables around us get served. Obviously it's not my responsibility to say hey hello we are ready to order drink or anything. Store was not packed at all. We usually come here every weekend but that won't be the case no more. The girl walking around serving drinks to the others seemed like she had a issue and just being rude how she would walk by. Obviously she was the waitress if we were in the center of the other four tables. Long story short. Poor service on a non busy night.

We visited this Outback on Friday, May 27 around 7:15 p.m. As was expected, they were super busy with a lot of customers. However, my wife and I were seated immediately and the service and the food were the best that we have had eating out in at least a year. We were very impressed and pleased with our visit and will definitely be coming back to this location.
This outback location has been the most satisfying outback I have been to.Alyssa was my server and she was excellent!
Update:Got home with the food that was re-made and checked by the owner AND it was missing that rice!! Absolutely the worst!! This is the 3rd time in the last 50 days that the order was wrong or missing items!!They never get online orders correct. I tried multiple times without success. The last time I took the actual incorrect order back to them instead of calling again. The owner suggested that once I place my on-line order I should CALL a manager to make sure that the order is correct before I come to curbside to pick it up! I had to drive from my job in High Point and wait for them to remake the incorrect order. I should NOT have to do any of that to get my food prepared correctly. Shannon, the owner didn't seem to care about my inconvenience or the fact that theymake so many errors in preparation of orders.I asked for a refund and she refused! She offered 10.00 on a future order. I will not be spending any more money on online orders with them. It's obvious that they are terrible at reading and preparing orders!!
We arrived minutes before the rush and seated within 5 minutes. It took a bit before our server made it to us, but the food was hot and the Prime Rib sub was outta this world!!! My wife enjoyed her Outback style Prime Rib and my daughter loved her sirloin from the kids menu! We'll definitely be back!!!
