I came here Friday night kinda late due to the fact that my friend came out of town and had to get settled in Greensboro. Anyways we sat for like 5-10 minutes waiting to be served on for drinks but when our waiter came up to the table it was totally worth the wait! He was fantastic at his job and the food was fresh and hot! The our waiter kept checking on us and was very fast at his job! I totally understand that most places are short staffed at the moment but my goodness the waiter was amazing! Thank y’all for fantastic service I will be back!
I had gone here for my birthday and it wad really nice! Our waiter, John, had helped me pick out recommended dishes and would also just talk to us and make us feel at home! He also brought out birthday ice cream which was very nice!
Had a very pleasant experience while dining in at this location! My waitress Skylar J provided superb service. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She kept my drinks filled and was attentive. I received my food at a reasonable time and everything was prepared the way I asked. Will definitely come back to this location. Ask for Skylar J when you go!!
As always this outback is wonderful. Cristy was our server and was amazing. Made sure I had lots of honey butter for my warm rolls. Also love the chopped pecan salad. The candy pecans are awesome!
Let me first say that we have eaten in some 5 star restaurants and tonight the Outback on Westover Terrace in Greensboro definitely shined with 5 Star service. John our server I cannot begin to tell you what great and genuine service. Will the manager was also top notch. Bar none best service of anywhere outside of what we had in Vegas! Thank you John and Will you make Outback great.
It was delicious and great service and I’m full as a tick!
Wish I could rate a 0. Don’t even waist your time or money. We waited almost 1 hour for our food just for it to be burned and basic. We sent it back. It took 20 minutes for them to recook our food. It came back burned again. 1 lovely manager came over to apologize and we accepted. The second manager that came could care less; even asking, “is that all” in a nonchalant tone after I expressed my displeasure with the order and service. Poor Lucy, our waitress, will forever have her tips cut if she has to work with that management staff. We left a healthy tip as she was great. We have been coming to this Outback for years and last night will be our last time. Bottom line: we arrived at 5, we did not leave until 8 due to the ticket times and poor quality of food; the manager was obviously promoted due to “daddy’s influence” and not on his own hospitality skills; they burned steaks TWICE at a steakhouse; need I say more?
Food here was so perfectly made. The broccoli was amazing best i have ever eat. Stake was cooked purfect The Alice spring chicken was devine. Great. Customer service just great all around. Definitely my favorite place to eat. customer customer service at outback on battleground
Every year for our anniversary we come here. We love the food, and the employees go above and beyond. Only reason not a 5 star is because homeless people keep approaching my family every dang time. This year we are trying a new location but the one on Westover Terrance after dark has some sketchy people.
Upon entering we were told we would have a 25 minute wait. We decided to go to the bar for drinks which took all of 20 minutes to get. Once our table was ready we tried to pay for the drinks we never had a chance to drink, but the bartender was very busy and we were not able to pay though we tried. We were seated at a very small table (our food could not even fit on the table) directly in front of the back door. Every time that door opened we froze. The door opened and closed constantly and we had people standing next to our table which was awkward for us. I asked the waitress to move us to a different table. There was a booth directly next to us on the opposite side protected by a wall which was dirty but empty, but we were told no there was nothing available and that we would have to change servers. That table stayed empty for 30 minutes. We had to wait for our food for an extremely long amount of time and when it came out most of it was cold. I had the French Onion soup and the mushroom appetizer - almost inedible, but I did not want to complain to our waitress as we had already been dismissed by her. When you pay $180 for a dinner you expect it to at least be hot. One of our guests had the Thunder dessert. By the time she got it it was melted. We were told by server it was because the brownie was hot. Not acceptable. During our meal, the bartender came to our table and asked for payment for the drinks. She was very nice, but we felt like we had done something wrong and were embarrassed. I feel like we would have had a better dinner at McDonalds and been warm.
