Chilean sea bass special was excellent- melted in my mouth like butter but on the higher cost side at $50 but itâs typically pricey but worth it. Veal meatball appetizer was good but quite a small portion - 3 tiny meatballs. Lasagna was very tasty- lots of layers of pasta & meaty sauce - not the more typical style with ricotta & cheese layers if your looking for that. Salads were generous portions but my beet salad had very few beats & ricotta was missing. Overall great dinner. We would return to try other dishes.
As always, the food was outstanding. Adam, the bartender, remembered our favorite wine, which made us feel at home. The wait staff is professional. They know how to time the delivery of our food. They remove dirty plates and silverware between courses and replace them with clean, which too many restaurants fail to do. We love Osteria!
We were in town for an event. The food was excellent. I am from the northeast, and It felt like I was back in Italy. Fresh made pasta; burrata, sautéed calimari, multiple fish and seafood specials fresh gelato and lemonciello, guava/mango This modern Italian menu was a tremendous surprise. If you want real Italian go to this place.
We were never rushed and they did a marvelous job of serving our food at the right time.
My entire experience was amazing! Service was top notch, recommendations were great and everything we ordered for our party of 7 was delicious including drinks and dessert. Iâm only disappointed we live two states away so we canât come visit more often. I give 10/10 stars!
A Greensboro treasure. Family owned and operated and the food shows. Go!
Had the Scampi and Beet salad which were delicious and wonderfully prepared! Authentic Italian made me think I was back in Italy!
