There was a 20 minute wait for a table or even the bar area. Was one of my favorite places hasn't been since they stopped making the Chicken Vino Bianco although they renovated the restaurant extensively and it looks amazing. I tried the sirloin for the first time and it was great. Everyone loved their food including a toddler eating chicken tenders. The staff was friendly. I think curbside pickup would have been faster though.
Wow! What great service and food at the Greensboro Olive Garden location. Not only did the server give my wife a 2nd bowl of soup with no noodles (had mentioned she had a sore throat), but when she left her purse there and we didn't realized until several states later - we were on a road trip - the general manager Kevin was so helpful as to mail the purse all the way to Canada so that we did not have to return and lose an entire day with a sick and cranky toddler. We are so impressed with Olive Garden and will be back on our next trip! Thank you so very much for your help and great service! 5 + stars
Treated my sister here for her birthday, it had been a while since I've been to an Olive Garden. We had no issues with the service and the food tasted great. Unlimited salad and bread sticks help to make sure you've satisfied your hunger before you leave. Would recommend for an authentic Italian experience!
Last night we went to Olive garden to take my aunt out for her birthday. We got Demetrius D as our waiter. He was the most delightful interesting professional all smiles person I have ever met at Olive garden. While I have been to Olive garden 10 million times I've never experienced a person that cares so much about his job and that showed it and that got intertwined with the customer. Since we were celebrating birthdays he took our strawberry cake and put it on a plate and took chocolate icing and dripped on the plate happy birthday to us both. He did himself. I think that Demetrius needs to be a manager into instead of waiting on people. This guy is a great asset to Olive garden and we appreciate him helping a 86-year-old woman celebrate her birthday may God bless you and your family we love you Demetrius day.
Everything was great. We had a short wait to be seated but every thing after was taken care of promptly. The food was delicious. Half of us were difficult with our ordering. . . even just the drinks. Our server Unique (not sure how he spells that tbh) took care of it with no problems at all. He was friendly, he was fast, and he was accurate. Our food was delicious, came out quickly and accurately. The $5 take away box was an awesome surprise as well.
Olive Garden has always been a good and consistent restaurant. Today's visit was no exception. The highlight of our lunch experience was our server, Cam. He was pleasant, polite, and very attentive throughout our meal. Great job!
The dish I ordered was an old favorite. But when brought to table it didn't look at what I expected. It was good. But I wish I'd known it was so different. Covid kept me from going out often. I missed my shrimp scampi the old way. But the restaurant was clean busy. Seaters little confused.
Horrible....Went to pick up to go order at designated time.. was told my food was ready just waiting on soup.. 20 minutes later I asked again where was my order? I was told again everything was ready waiting on soup. I finally left without the soup. Got home and the chicken Parm on my tour if Italy was terrible and I got no soup. Tried to call in several times but they are doing that thing again where they don't answer the phone. Horrible
The service was fantastic! Our waitress was swift, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made menu suggestions, which I took, and didn't regret. The food was very good, exactly as an Olive Garden presents itself to offer. The salad is always amazing, and unending. And the tiramisu is always tasty.
Table was sticky. Computer kiosk was nasty and had the server to clean it. Dinner came out didn't have both sauces in it. Had to ask for more sauce. Server was great tho. Best I had in a long time. She's the reason I gave four stars.
