We had higher expectations for this place… I thought it was below apple bees quality as far as the food goes. The seats were dirty and there was dust on all the windows/blinds. It just felt dirty. I ordered the honey chicken dish. It was just okay. I don’t think I would come back.It’s worth mentioning the table next to us ordered shrimp and it came frozen in the middle… yikes.
Had a great meal at O’Charley’s in Greensboro and Drew was a very attentive server. Thank you
Anastasia was amazing. She has an amazing ands inviting personality. My party would come back just to experience her infectious smile.
Food was great they answered all my questions and there was a mixup and they was amazing about still helping me out and it was a great experience… oh and the staff was so friendly and anll smiled and so just so nice… never had to ask for refills and was on top of everything wonderful thanks
Went to O’Charey’s to check out there new seafood menu. Went into the restaurant and water for a hostess to come to the check in podium. Two waitresses walked by at least five times and never made eye contact. We waited for 15 min and no one ever came to over so we walked out and gave our business to another restaurant. It’s no surprise these businesses are going out of business. We won’t go back.
I haven’t ate at O’ Charley’s in a year or so but was invited here by my son and daughter-in-law last week for dinner. The food was really good but it was really the server that got our attention. Our server Drew was great. We never ran out of anything and never had to ask for anything. He was constantly checking on us, getting us refills and making sure we didn’t need anything. He definitely went above and beyond and is the reason we came back tonight for dinner. It’s really difficult these days to go out to eat and have a good experience because the people that’s working doesn’t want to be. That wasn’t the case my last two visits to this O’ Charley’s. Me and my family will definitely be back thanks to Drew.
Food was ok ....they shorted my mother on her food the salam was over cook but they offered her another... the Customer Service was Amazing though...I'll go back
We came here and the food is amazing. Our waiter should get a raise. Ms. Tionna was just unspeakable. I have so many good things to say about her. She is so friendly and just very approachable. Caring. Always checking up on the costumers, seeing if they need anything or more of something.
Love the chicken tenders, potato soup, seafood platter. Salads and yeast rolls are always on point. Seem to have new menu with lots of choices.
Favorite place in High point. My bartender made our night great! Thanks Drew
