I usually don’t go out of my way to credit what I would call exemplary customer serviceI came in to pick up food on the way home, my 6 year daughter was literally crying in line for McDonald’s. One particular Employee, Cam; short and light-skinned guy; stopped what he was doing and asked if she wanted to see his favorite thing on the menu.She laughed as he joked about vegetables and showed her the spaghetti. Like thank GOD she stopped crying.She ate every bit of it…and some of mine.But real credit to Cam!!!
I placed an order for pickup , walked in and they were way backed up/busy. There was a ridiculous Karen that walked in and decided to berate the manager over the exact change policy. The manager was polite and truly did not deserve the tirade. Nobody in the service industry does.The food was good, the staff even though super busy were great.
I order the Pene rosa without spinach, not without SAUCE!!Look at what they advertised to what I actually get. I miss when this place used to be good
The food was good and the staff was friendly. Love the fact that you can snag a lid snap it over your bowl and go without having to ask for one and then wait. Great place for noodle lovers
Shameful experienceExpensive, make at home meals.Music over bearing , multiple rude employees and over bearing sense of judgement by simple questions.Online ordering is terrible, every order witnessed going out came back in with a missing item.Do NOT order the butter noodles!Rinsed boiled noodles and cheese.
*Update Feb. 2022* Everything has gotten better: the ingredients, the flavor, the taste, the staff. This location has crushed it! This time around, I got fried tofu and Korean BBQ. It was as good as I remember it. The dishes were good and full of flavor. The Japanese Pan fry was satisfying. The bbq mac n cheese and plain was really good. I didn't think it would be, but it was.
It was my first time there and I love the food and the service.
Every time I come here the food isn't that good. But my husband wanted to go and since it's his bday we went. We ordered and paid for the regular but got a small and then the noodles were hard. Your company name is Noodles and Company. How do you not know how to cook Noodles? So we got our money back and went to CAVA.
I saw this place on Google when I was looking up places to eat in Greensboro. Being obsessed with noodles I had to try it. I got the spicy Korean beef bowl and it was amazing! Clean, great service and amazing food! Hubby and I will be back !
I never ordered this particular bowl but my daughter loved the zucchini noodles with chicken. The food was worth the drive from my downtown Greensboro Hotel (won't say name, but there aren't many).I had to send the location to my daughter so she can experience her own purchase.
