I came there to get breakfast to go and there was a line I had to use the bathroom bad, and I tried to open the bathroom door and it was locked. Other patrons told me I had to ask for a key. When I asked they told me I had to purchase something BEFORE I could use the bathroom...I had five people in front of me! A woman who had finally gotten her food was granted access to the forbidden bathroom by a store employee. Once she was in there the employee stood outside of the bathroom like a prison guard until she was done. The patron was obviously a city employee because she was wearing the uniform. It was highly unlikely that she was going to misuse or abuse the bathroom PRIVILEGE. I peed outside, unfortunately I couldn't wait. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. It's unfortunate cause they food is great.
They canceled my door dash order and when I called they said they didn't feel like doing it. Welp, now there's a hold on my card for my order that door dash says comes off in about a week. I'll be fine but be careful if you're low on funds because they don't care at all. I'm not that mad just want to let other people know before they order.
First time eating here. Went to the one in Kernersville. Delicious food and super nice lady working the drive thru. Will definitely be back!
The workers seemed annoyed and uninterested in assisting.Never came back to the speaker at drive thru window, even after calling out to them 4 times and blowing my horn twice!Ended up ordering at window after waiting 15 minutes in line.No apology given at window They also kept giving me the wrong order and food was not hot! Finally left out a piece of chicken(ordered a 2-piece dinner).I didnt go back this time. I decided not to do business with them again. (Mrs Winners-Summit Avenue)
Every chicken place I go to is out of chicken way before they close or say all we got are sides or we got only one wing but not Mrs winners I went there late and got family meal hot and fresh.
Very pleasant visit and dining experience. My favorite has always been Mrs. Winners baked beans and they did not disappoint! Nice and sweet and flavorful as always! Very pleasant and courteous staff too.
Every single item I've eaten from here has been AHHHH-MAZING!!!! I travel over a hour just to come back to this particular location. The staff is always..always friendly and down to earth! I wish you all would open up one in Mebane...?I suggest you guys go check them out..you will not be disappointed ?

I had a great time ordering at this venue yesterday. The person working the drive through was patient and respectful while I ordered, the food was fresh and delicious, and I would definitely go back again sometime soon.
I'm wondering if they're saving the food for themselves. A table spoon of vegetables & potatoes salad. Food is good. But you're not getting much of it.
