Ate here a few weeks ago and was very disappointed. Ordered on the app. Went about 20 minutes later and the food wasn’t even done yet or started to be made. Both orders were very light on food compared to other Moe’s I have been to and 1 of our orders was wrong. Ended up getting a sarcastic email saying I was wrong from the district manager. Wouldn’t recommend giving your money to this location.
Good food. Nice staff. Still need to work on making sure the black beans are fully cooked.
Check your receipts people! I was in this restaurant on Saturday, 2/19/22 at approximately 2:45 and purchased a salad with white meat chicken (and very little of that), and a drink. The girl fixing my salad was rude and never smiled! The girl at the register rang me up, never told me how much it was, I swiped my card, and left. Once I got home, I then checked my receipt and I had been charged for two salads, so I paid $17.99 for one salad and a drink. Just be ware! Lesson learned.

Have been waiting for 35 minutes PLUS! Absolutely ridiculous. Some toppings weren't available upon initial order. Was not notified until after order was given time to be ready. Delayed by another 15 minutes. Horrible service. Will definitely not deal with this Moe's franchise again!!
Please do not eat here if you do not want to get sick. I ordered a burrito ate half of it not realizing the chicken (adobo) wasn’t fully cooked. I contacted Corporate about the problem and have not received a response.
Service suck , everything was smaller portions and we had to eat off are bag the chips came in. I left everything on the table since they wouldn't give use a Tray . The worse eating out experience I ever had. I wish I could give him less than a star . 100% unsatisfied customer , rude people running that restaurant
Great food! You need sanitizers available in the common-use customer areas. I observed lots of cross handling of the utensils and equipment, without on-going sanitation.
My food was good however customer service sucked nobody even greeted me
The staff here is very profesional, friendly, and fast. The food is some of the best fast casual places I know.
