Lovely customer service!! The service was fast and everything came hot & fresh! We got shrimp tempura rolls a Greensboro roll (this roll is so good), some spring rolls, and two hibachi plates. One with rice veggies, steak and chicken. Another with noodles veggies, steak, shrimp and chicken. All served with white sauce and soy sauce. The prices are very reasonable and we will definitely be back. The rice was a little on the drier side but combined with everything it was still good.
I have been ordering from this place for YEARS. This restaurant has been consistent in their food. I normally get hibachi vegetables or salmon. I have never been disappointed with either entree. The volcano roll or the shrimp tempura roll are my favorite two sushi dishes. I have a tendency to stick with what I like, but I’m sure their other sushi dishes are fine. The portion sizes are reasonable for the price you pay. Customer service has always been friendly. I swear this is the ONLY restaurant I still call and order food from. The reason is because I can make specific request that I may not be able to do on apps. They have never got my order wrong. I have tried other Japanese restaurants in the Greensboro area because I love Japanese food in general, but I always come back to Mimi Kitchen. No restaurant is the best I ever had, but this place satisfies my tummy and pockets.
DO NOT order MiMis online for delivery, they do not follow simple instructions. This is the SECOND time I have asked for Turkey sausage and instead they have sent Pork sausage instead. If you're going to eat there, eat inside, DO NOT order using DoorDash, Grubhub or Uber Eats.

This place needs to be shut down! Trust the reviews when you read them, people will not go out of their way to leave a bad review if they did not have a bad experience. I ordered the volcano roll and it looked like trash dumped on top of rice. When I went to return it the lady at the front, who I’m assuming is the owner was extremely rude. I work hard for my money, I refuse to spend it on trash food and trash service. There are better sushi restaurants in the city. Do not waste your time or your money at this place. It’s about time we as customers stop spending our money at these businesses with poor service and poor food quality. If you’re looking for good sushi or hibachi check out Wasabi Sushi and Teriyaki Grill down on battleground. Spend your money on good food and service. This place doesn’t even deserve our business.

Worst hibachi I’ve ever had. The steak was undercooked and the chicken was bland and slimy. The only thing that was good was the broccoli and the onions. Will not be revisiting this place again
Nicely priced lunch specials. I usually do the three rolls for $10. It's a good deal but lately their rice is different, kinda hard and not great sushi rice.
