Then lies on the response sorry wrong customer you refer to I wasn’t in the store this week never cursed at anyone and never even spoke to your sales person this was a pure observation I posted. Again and clearly see this place is unpredictable and unpleasant, she is clearly unhinged.
Out of all the froyo locations in the Triad, Menchie's is our go to. My wife and I visit at least once a week for a treat whatever the season. We have been coming here for about 5 years now and love all the flavors and topping they have.If you have questions just ask them, they have a super nice owner and staff. Of course some changes did occur from owner to owner but that is what happens with transition, nothing really worth leaving.You will find that Menchie's Froyo is the healthiest option from any other as well.
I've been coming to Menchies ever since I was younger, and have always had a great experience. The staff are always friendly from the time you step into the building. They have a rewards program that allows you to get credit back after so many points earned which is always a perk. I would highly recommend taking a trip to Menchies, you won't be disappointed!
We come here nearly every week and 50% of time leave empty handed. Half of the machines are empty by 7pm consistently which makes visits after dinner almost always frustrating. These folks need some data on how much business they leave on the table and how many disappointed customers they have. Why they can’t keep flavors in hand is either poor management or incompetence. Last night, six of the flavors were empty. Next time I'll take pictures to demonstrate.
A year ago I would have given 5 stars but things have been changing there. There once were two sugar free options but no more. Yesterday, they were out of their signature cups and using plastic drinking cups, out of their spoons and using thin plastic spoons. All of the dispensers were either empty or running so slowly they would only occasionally drop a small lump into the cup. The hot fudge was not hot and pumped very slowly. Something has definitely changed at my favorite yogurt shop.

They have a good variety of flavors from cheesecake to sherbet, to just the original plain yogurt flavor. They also have toppings like cherries, gummy bears, chocolate chips, cheesecake bites, sprinkles etc. The color scheme colors is very vibrant and happy. It’s right in between Elizabeth’s Pizza in Starbucks coffee, so if you’d like you can grab dinner, dessert and a drink all in one trip.

Located in a nice plaza with restaurants and starbucks. Very friendly staff. Clean store
Flavors are great, customer service was good, the building is small so takeout is your best bet.
