Mediterraneo is my all time favorite restaurant!!! I love the food, which is always fresh and delicious! The atmosphere, the music and staff are so nice and friendly and eager to make your visit a pleasant experience for you. I highly recommend you try it, I know you will love it too! ❤️
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called in my order & when i came to pick it up i was greeted by a very sarcastic cashier who demanded that i had been given an order number over the phone when i was not, after finally finding my order she then proceeded to question if i could afford it. Chicken parmigiana was definitely NOT worth $20! NO FLAVOR, & garlic bread was literally a piece of sub bread with butter! Could’ve gotten a better warm up dinner! VERY DISAPPOINTING
Waiter was very nice and attentive. The bread was the only thing worth eating. Lasagne was tasteless. Noodles were stretchy and it appears they just poured some tomato sauce on top to cover the dish. It had NO flavor; absolutely horrible. My husband had some tomatoes on top of something we did not recognize that was advertised as a side salad. His chicken Marsala was tasteless also. One of the breast could not be eaten because it was undercooked. We graciously ate, used our coupon and will never return unless we want a sub. I have had good Italian and steak subs here. Very bad food experience but great atmosphere and nice employees.
It took a whole hour for the food to get to my house, and when it arrived all it did was stink up the entire inside. Got a wrap and it was very, very mediocre. The wings were okay but overall not a good experience.
Food was great. Their online order system was a little confusing and they ended up having to make an additional pizza, even though it charged us for 3. All was straightened out in the end.
Best pizza around. I’ve tried a few times now along with the others and these guys do the best pie and consistently is also there. Sorry everyone else. Love grabbing a takeout pie for lunch and going to town on it while working from home. Little bite of heaven in every bite.
I’ve been in the service industry for decades and gave money to this restaurant for decades. Unfortunately the last 3 times I’ve had horrible experience not even due to service or COVID impact but purely ownership and will never go back again. Page high school offers a coupon book which Mediterraneo offers several coupons…. only they won’t accept ANY of them and find “loop holes” so they don’t have to accept any coupon. If looking for Italian I highly recommend Elizabeth’s over Mediterraneo. Not only better food, better menu but such better ownership.

The MGR says "what do you want me to do about this?" Answer is: " Nothing you guys just lost a few customers"
Food was hot. Portions were okay. The food quality is very low atleast with the chicken Alfredo. Way to expensive for the quality provided. It taste like the cheapest ingredients from the store.
Sauce is sauce unless it's from Mediterraneo's here in Greensboro. Sandwiches are great, salads awesome, tabouli the best, but the red sauce just makes the meal and the bread is a sinful guilty pleasure. Keep it up! Been going there for over 7 years and quality, portions, flavor and service is just perfect.
