While waiting 25 minutes (expected during lunchtime rush)... The front entrance \floor was completely covered with soda. So much so that it was impossible not to step in it while entering/exiting. When I picked up my order I mentioned this to the cashier. Was told that she could not leave the register. No other interest was made to have the very large dangerous spill cleaned up. Also, overall the dining room was a mess.
We ordered subs. I got a Italian sub and the bun was old and tough. I had a lot of very thick cut onions in my sub so I had to pull most of them out. My husband got a Philly Cheese Steak. His bun was so tough that he couldn’t eat it, the steak was over cooked as well. I ordered my husbands sub Philly style minus peppers, but it didn’t have any cheese, onions or mayonnaise. We normally use the Mario’s on New Garden and love their subs but we were shopping at Costco so we thought we would use this location. We will never go back to that location again.
This is the best pizza I’ve had in several years. So big it wouldn’t even fit in my standard size oven to keep it warm. Perfect crust. Fresh ingredients. New York style pizza at its finest.
From up North & I must say it's been hard to find NY pizza. You won't be disappointed in Mario's pizza.
My lunch combo when cheese slice is fresh and perfect salad style is CLUTCH! Continue to take care of good customers, we all are just trying to work and balance life. Thanks!
First let me say this place is great in person. However, DO NOT order from this place via DoorDash, Grubhub, etc. They have no regard for the quality they put out when no one is there in person to hold them accountable. Straight TRASH.
My wife and I stopped in while passing through the area. We had a 10” Worx pizza which is their everything pizza. It was around $15 and very good. Loaded with fresh veggies and meat. We were not able to finish the 10” so don’t get a bigger one if you don’t have a place to keep it while traveling.
I ordered from Mario’s last night. The pizza was delicious. My problem was the terrible customer service. I called in my order and the girl who took my order hung up before I finished. I called back to tell I wanted to cancel my wings & just want the pizza. She hangs up on me again. When I get there, she had canceled my entire order and rolls her eyes when I told her I just wanted the wings canceled. I understand stand people are tired and she maybe having a bad day, but Mario’s cost to much for bad service.
Just had one of their meatball subs I've tasted better sauce in a can from the dollar store . Couldn't even finish the sandwich Took 2 bites and tossed the rest of it out I Recommend buying frozen pizza from the grocery store would save money and it would taste better.
