This was one of my favorite places to eat, until this recent experience. I ordered my usual. After sharing the wings as appetizers with my son, my order arrived. I had ordered my steak medium well, it was medium rare. I sent it back. But when she brought it back, it had this cloudy substance all over it which was suspect, and it was still red. I had the thought to just say never mind forget the steak all together. But I didn't because I was really looking forward to having a steak. I sent it back a second time. It came back kinda like I wanted it but a little over cooked this time. And it still had that cloudy substance on it. But I ate a few pieces of it anyway then I got a to go plate(aka doggie bag) all of a sudden nature hit my stomach like gang busters and suspiciously our waitress was nowhere to be found for like 15 min. We tried to pay up front because I needed to get home. But they went and found the waitress. She took my steak off the bill but needless to say I threw it away. Never eating there again. At least not that location.
I sat @ the bar & had fabulous customer service! I had the stuffed mushrooms & French onion soup ? which were divine. I would highly recommend this location based off my 1st visit & will definitely be back for some steak next time bc it smelled delicious. Thank you for a great experience!
I gave this place a 3 because of our waitress and the food. The waitress was very short and not personable at all. She was running around doing the job of 3 different people which hats off to multitasking but when I pay 60 bucks for a meal for 2 I want to feel like I matter. My steak was way overcooked. It was good but kinda tough. And the strawberry shortcake we ordered for dessert was a cake with 2 strawberries. 9 bucks I could have made a better one myself and had the whole cake. We used gift cards we got at Christmas and needless to say the waitress got the rest of what was on the 3 gift cards. We both agreed we probably wouldn't be back so she got a 17 dollar tip. And when we went the inside wasn't busy at all.
This was a really good meal. Our server was Kadera. He was very attentive and polite. The steak was cooked to perfection. The entire meal was delicious.
After a very long wait, I was finally served. The salad came at the same time as my steaming hot steak! Do I let the syeak & potato get cold while I eat the salad? Waitress clearly needs better training. The meal was delicious, just poor timing with service.
Typical chain restaurant service was good at this location. The clamp chowder soup ordered was hot. The brussel spouts a little to done with many dry parts. Nothing special or terrible. Take was clean fairly crowded for Saturday lunch.
Excellent service by Jasmine!!! Will ask for her next time we go back which will be soon!! Steaks were perfect and always seasoned perfectly too. Only thing I didn't like, was me ordering chicken at a Steakhouse like longhorn!!
I had a bad experience at the Landmark LongHorn in Greensboro. I ate by myself, my food was a half hour wait! Unacceptable.. yet I didn’t complain. When my food was served I tried to eat it but my steak was undercooked. I decided to complain, the server acted like I’m an inconvenience. They asked me if I’m married, and told me eating solo is weird! That’s the first time I’ve ever heard eating by yourself is weird, I dine solo quite a bit. Never heard that. I told the server my wife is working overtime, they said “You wish you had a wife, buddy.” Two problems.. first.. you shouldn’t act like I’m a liar. Telling me I only wish I have a wife is so rude, but then on top calling me buddy. I understand “buddy” is common, but it makes me think the server wants to be superior to me. That’s not right! I ended up flagging down a manager, they took everything off my ticket. The manager never apologized tho.

Great service! Kadeer was an awesome waiter (sorry for misspelling your name). The food was divine!! That was my first time going and I will definitely be returning.
