Due to circumstances beyond our control, we arrived at 2:25. Instead of a nice greeting, we were told, “we close at 3”. Taken aback, and not thinking they wanted my money, I asked if they wanted us to leave. Working retail, I get the frustration of having “late” customers, but customers are potentially buying customers so they have to be treated with respect. After begrudgingly agreeing to help us, we were seated, we waited for a few minutes to get our order in, longer than it should have been if they were in a hurry. I ordered apps, entrees, and drinks all at once to try to get out of their way since they did not seem to want us there. The food was very good, but like all Indian food I have had, it was quite pricey. I spent nearly $80 for two people since we wanted to try different items. At 5 till three, one of the waiters brought us to-go boxes and the check even though we had plenty food left and didn’t appear to be done. He came back quite quickly to grab the check and I hadn’t even had time to look at it or give my card yet. I can only guess they had a hot date or nap to go to and never experienced patrons during their period between lunch and dinner. I did apologize but I arrived over thirty minutes before lunch hours ended and there was no last seating time posted. I find it hard to believe that they want to stay in business by potentially turning away paying customers. I might go back because of the quality of the food, but will make sure to get there early in their business hours.
Omg!!! This place is FANTASTIC!!! Loved the food, the ambiance and the customer service. Marina is a sweet and kind server who made sure that our meal was served with a smile. Will definitely be returning again.
Absolutely delicious and savory! I just moved to Greensboro and started trying all of the different restaurants in town. Lemon Indian Cuisine knocked it out of the park. If you've never tried Indian food, this is definitely the place to go. I will definitely be back!
This is my new favorite Indian restaurant in greensboro! The Lamb curry was great! I ordered medium spice but will definitely be ordering hot next time as it was still fairly mild for me. The mint and onion chutneys are sooo good! I noticed some options on the menu that I've not seen in other local Indian restaurants also. The staff was very kind and attentive! They even sent me home with some extra papadoms! Thanks so much guys!
We love it here! Food is extra fresh and cooked to perfection. When you sit down, they offer complimentary chick pea and potato chip with dipping sauces. Today we tried the puff rice appetizer and it was an interesting flavor and texture medley, clean and delicious. This is my 3rd time. I love the Chicken Methi Melai, chicken is always so tender. Thanks The potato naan tastes almost like a calzone. High quality and good prices. Our favorite Indian restaurant.
Wow - just wow. This place is great! From the minute you walk in, the heavenly aroma of Indian cuisine is simply mouthwatering. We had the Chicken Biryani and the Tandoori Chicken - both were just excellent. The spice level was just right (both dishes were spiced to different levels), and the flavor is out of this world. The chicken was perfectly cooked in both dishes, and for the drumsticks, was fall off the bone tender. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent. Food did not take long to come out either. The portion sizes were enormous and I was able to take half my lunch home. I cannot recommend this place enough - I can't wait to go back and try something else!
We had dinner there, 2nd time going, and it was delicious! The atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff is friendly and attentive. Just love this place. A restaurant we will definitely return to on a regular basis. Can’t wait to eat my leftovers since I had enough food for 2-3 meals!
Absolutely deliciously spiced meals and sauces, im a vegetarian but I imagine their meat dishes are also delicious. This kulfi pictured below is the perfect end to a psychedelic mutter paneer.

The best Indian food restaurant in town! We tried the Mango Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, garlic naan & samosa and it all tasted soooo delicious! We loved it and will definitely come back. Thank you :))
