Service is very slow. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes. Good is ok
Yo! The sign said open. It was almost 8pm and the lady told my wife they were closed. The sign on the door said 9pm. ??♂️
It was average hibachi for the area. Not bad but not exceptional. A quick easy dinner. The white sauce was good. I would go again.
Hibachi meal was really salty and the portions did not match the price. The sushi rice was bland and the soup tasted like instant noodle broth.
Bathroom supposedly out of order... Chair and table fort built around register.. not very friendly, won't let you get a glass of water you have to purchase a bottle... And do not bring your food to the table... The food itself was adequate but nothing to write home about.. I won't be returning
Food is great, but staff is not friendly, the one that handed my order to me in particular. She made me uncomfortable with her looks, even when I said HI and thank you, no response. When she handed me receipt to sign all she said was " you just sign here", and kept staring at me. This is my second time going. First time was welcoming, as am still new to the area, and was recommended to try that place. Not sure about going back.
Says Kyoto but when you get there it's really Okyto. I ordered steak and scallops with no onions for me and kids hibachi chicken for my 6 yr old. Inky got 3 cups of white sauce asked for more they wanted 1.12. All I had was a card so they had me leave that much on the tip line. Get hone with my food I got 6 scallops small as a quarter and almost as thin. 2 mushrooms and 1 stem of mushroom. I did get 17 pieces of steak but you have to add 2 to make a whole piece. Save your money ey and go somewhere else
Reason why my family rarely go out anymore. Good quality food but nothing like the pictures. Very small portions. Skimping on the meat and shrimp. For $30 it barely feed family of 3. Nice not to cook. More money for less. Still should have cooked at home. Not only restaurant skimping on food portions due to inflation.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst sushi I've ever eaten. If I had seen it before paying for this takeout, I would have walked out and went somewhere else.
Prices are up, portions are down. They won't give you water, they say it is broke. They zip tied the tap closed on the drink machine. It has been zip tied for months.
