I like Krispy Kreme as a favorite place for donuts, drinks, etc. I made my first visit to this location today. Sorry to say that it was filthy overall and had donuts scattered all over the baking area. The employee who waited on me seemed uninterested in doing so. She was playing with her hair before and during taking my order and never gloved up. Apparently, they don't use gloves at the service display so she reached in bare handed to put donuts into a bag. No gloves were used by any of the wait staff, including the drive-in help. This is not a normal Krispy Kreme store and the cleanliness and lack of safe food handling needs to be addressed.
Best Krispy Kreme in Greensboro hands down much more polite and almost always leave with a smile
Visited Krispy Kreme on Monday may -9-22 @ 6:10pm. 2 dozen of the fresh hot yummy Krispy Kreme donuts. Went thru drive thru, paid, received our donuts, and back down 220 we came. From Madison NC, Stokes county to the battleground Ave Greensboro NC location and back home just for our lil sweet treat. Great fast friendly service.
I got the donut holes. My friends got donuts. The price has gone up, but, it has everywhere. My problem is with the girl at the drive thru. She mumbles so you can't understand what she's saying. Then she has a hard time getting our order right. And very rude. All I can say, if you think i'm bothering you than quit, cuz you have no business working with the public.
Went through the drive through yesterday morning around 9 am to get my coworkers some donuts because of how hard we been working. I brought two dozen original glaze because the hot and now sign was on and when I got to the job realized the donuts were cold and I was very disappointed ?. Maybe next time it will be ??♀️ the drive thru worker with the pretty eyes was very nice and that's why I'm giving it 3 stars
2/12/22 they had 2 for $13. We went Saturday to get them. they were out of glazed doughnuts and it was still a long while before closing time. We went back Sunday 2/13/22. Got to speaker at 9:54. waited 3 minutes and no one came to speaker. Drove up to window 9:57. Blew horn, 3 employees sliding on floor and a girl at the window with her phone in her hand. At exactly 10 pm She unlocked the window and opened it to say they were closed. We told her we had waited longer than 5 minutes. She said we have already taken the drawer out and I can't take your order. So they knew they had closed early but could not give us the courtesy of saying that to us while we were sitting at the window. Young guy came to the window saying he was the manager, WITH NOTHING TO SAY ABOUT US BEING THERE BEFORE 10. He said they are cleaning. We told him we had been there before but he could care less. I type all of this to say...Nothing matters any more, nothing and folks will look at you and laugh in your face because they can. No one care about the customer any more. SAID DAY KRISPY KREME............SAD DAY!!!! PS keep your donuts, I did not really need them anyway!!!!!!
From Virginia so when I go to Greensboro I visit Krispy Kreme since we don't have one. Loved the glazed, custard was awesome however the lemon filled had 1 small dollop of lemon in the last bite. Disappointed.
C'mon, it's a taste of heaven. How could you go wrong when you have a sweet tooth? Don't even mention when the red light is on. All I have to say is don't hurt yourself—control control control.
Rude lady in red also gave me cold doughnuts like how you have cold doughnuts that early
This location went downhill and fast! They are always out of specialty donuts and any order seems like an issue. Rarely do you experience a worker who acts like fulfilling an order isn't killing them. Most recently we went and EVERY doughnut in our dozen was stale. By the time we drove 40 minutes home there was no chance/readon to drive back and get doughnuts that didn't break your jaw to eat. I drive across town to avoid this location at all costs.
