First time eating here. Good great price quantity quality great. Will be back.
*Wait time is at least 30 minutes every time I have come here after placing order.*The food is okay. Pictured here is Shrimp and Scallops combination plate (I put my sauces on the food, but not eaten any yet). I have eaten here a few times and the meat (chicken, shrimp, steak) is ALWAYS OVERCOOKED. The food is decent, but a little overpriced for the shrimp to be overcooked and zucchini was a bit soggy. Scallops were pretty good though. I had about 6 or 7 scallops, mainly small ones. I had about 5 shrimp. This plate was about $17. The rice was great. It has little pieces of corn in it. You get 3 cups of sauce per entree. Food is decent, but for the price, you might should go to a real Hibachi restaurant or Japanese steakhouse.
I’ve come a few times with no issues, but not today. I told the lady at the register I wanted a steak and chicken plate. I wait 10 minutes for my food and take it to the car to eat. The plate they gave me was steak and shrimp. I take it back and tell the lady that I had ordered chicken and received shrimp. Instead of apologizing or offering to swap she argues with me and says no you ordered the shrimp. So I then have to ask them to switch and wait for it to cook. They didn’t compensate me for the price difference which was fine but after I ate about half the plate I found an inch long dark hair in my food.
Customer service was horrible! Portion size was smaller than 8 pieces and the lady on the phone argued that it was impossible. I had to send her a picture of my food and they still did nothing. Go somewhere else!
This was my first time giving them a try. The man at the counter attitude was so nasty I told them I didn’t even want my food. I refuse to give my money to rude people! It’s a better way to talk to people.
Girl at register was rude, took 25 minutes for 2 orders. Not very happy with this place being the first time eating here.
I was not impressed with Kobe of Japan.Came around lunch time picked up a hibachi steak and shrimp. This is the first place I’ve ate at that gave me shrimp with the shell still on the tail.The price was a bit much in my opinion. Food wasn’t too seasoned with is ok. It’s better to be under seasoned than over seasoned.I would expect more of a place that charges the prices Kobe if Japan charges.

Came here for the first time yesterday. Food was great. Ordered the hibachi chicken and steak. Chicken and steak was well cooked and still juicy on the inside. Rice was seasoned to perfection. Veggies were steamed perfectly too. A little on the pricey side but the food lived up to it's expectation.
No seasonings, bland, takes a long time, but the best cuts of meat at a fast Japanese restaurant.
