Reading the reviews of this place turned me off at first, but reading the sparky responses from the owner turned me off even more. I wasn't even going to give this place a chance but it was so close to my friends house that I went against my better judgment. Honestly the service was fine. The wait wasn't that long considering they were clearly filling lots of orders. In fact, this would be a 3 star review if only the food hadn't been so low quality. My biggest complaint is with the hibachi salmon. This is the lowest quality of salmon I have ever seen in any restaurant period. Don't order the noodles, they are bland and flavorless. The sushi is mediocre at best. I wouldn't waste my money here it's overpriced. I'm looking forward to the sparky response from the owner!

My first and last time here. I am also new to the area and decided to give this place a try as my first pick for hibachi in Greensboro. I highly do not recommend. I have over 5 years of management experience in restaurant business. sadly, this was by far horrible management. There were over 15 customers waiting for their food. The lady in the front was kind but not attentive at all to the customers in line. It was unorganized and a few actually had their money refunded as I was waiting for 30 min. I’m sorry my first experience here will most definitely be my last.

It used to be so good. Rice was disgusting for my hibachi. Was not fresh at all. I will have to continue driving to Little Aris if I want hibachi done right.

First time trying this place last night and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the Snapper and Shrimp Hibachi with rice and vegetables. I also ordered Teriyaki wings and everything taste great. Although, I ordered take out, it was an extreme turn off to see one of the customers with his leg causlly propped up on the table. That was the only downside. Besides that, I will definetley patronize the business again.

Alright for what it is. Either it's the place or its just different from when you take out, but I remember why it's not good to order sushi for takeout. Expected alot better. Volcano roll and crunchy dragon roll.

Mouth-watering filet mignon, fantastic fried rice, especially love the zucchini strips, broccoli & onions. Chicken & shrimp are good, too. Great little Japanese restaurant!

Place does a whole lot right, and that's huge for me since good hibachi is hard to find.Pros:You know I gotta do my rice test. They cook their white and fried rice extremely well! That passed with flying colors.Ginger and mustard sauce... to me this makes or break a hibachi joint, these were superb! I mean the mustard was amazing alone to dip the wings in.For only $0.50 more, you can upgrade your steak to filet... here's the cool part for me... I asked for medium rare... I GOT MEDIUM RARE. That seldom happens.Cons:Sushi wasn't bad, bit expensive but I get it with the times now. My only issue is tue sriracha they rely on. Not a fan of that. Wasabi looks like the cheap kind you can squeeze out of a tube.Needa more veggies in the dinners. A lot more broccoli too.Wings are great size and price, but lacks in flavor. Needs garlic, pepper, anything.Overall:Great place to go, great quality and food!

I will NOT be going here again and will instead give my business to Mr. Kirin up the street. I ordered online and had my pickup time set as 6:06, I did not receive my food until 7pm. A dozen people were waiting for their food, same as me. The workers were flippant, apathetic and rude. No “sorry for the wait” or anything. Even on the phone as they were talking to customers, they were rude. I’m understanding having been in the industry myself but a nice attitude goes a long way. Honestly I didn’t even want to eat my food anymore because I was so upset I’d given my money to this business. I’ve often had issues with waiting at this location but today was definitely the final nail in the coffin. Won’t be supporting this business when there are SO many more better options.

Update: I’m a DoorDash driver myself so the response to my review is inaccurate, the reason you REMAKE it is because DoorDash will automatically assign another driver once the first one decides to cancel her PICK UP. Not my order. The driver has no say or control in cancelling my order. Also if I had cancelled my order the business would’ve got a notification from DoorDash themselves saying it was cancelled. Therefore prompting you to NOT remaking it. She did contact me and I told her to leave so another drive could pick up. That’s why when I called I got irritated when you asked if I wanted it remade. Because guess what? I could’ve easily went and picked it up. I did spend $47 on the food. And I had been waiting a whole hour at that point. Lastly, if you see there’s two orders for Katherine. Why not make sure and double check with whoever is picking it up that they have the correct bag? It takes one second. Literally. With DoorDash the entire order is placed on their screen so there was really no excuse but poor execution. As far as the food the sushi was tolerable. But that steak was red inside and rubbery. Not even kidding. So imagine waiting an entire hour because the restaurant gave away your food and then when you do get it the steak isn’t even edible. And the smell was rancid. I’m honestly very disappointed.ordered $50 worth of food on DoorDash. My driver cancelled on me because the restaurant gave my food to another customer. I called the restaurant. The owner himself was like “ask them if they want me to remake it?” UH YEAH. you remake it. Tf do you mean???? So now I’m having to wait on this food and I’ve been waiting an hour. Delivery driver says they’re unorganized and rude. I’ll update my review once I taste my food and see if it’s fresh.

Food was decent. I was extremely disappointed about the fillet mignon. Sushi didn't taste fresh.. Kobe Grill please step up.
