Timely order, let us know what they were out of before ordering, and brought the order out to the car when it was ready.
My boyfriend and I have been here 3 times already and we will be back again! We love this place so much and drive 20mins just to eat here. The sweet couple is always so attentive and quick. The Kusukatsu is out of this world!
Incompetent workers. Manager gave away my to go order to someone else and made me wait. They didn’t even apologize or look like they cared. Looks dirty af inside too
The food and service was decent. Definitely nothing to write home about. I would guess their customers live and work in the area. In all fairness, the food was tasty, aside from some crunchy rice. Im a bit obsessive about cleanliness and this place was working all my nerves. I thought I would loose the sole of my shoe to the sticky spot under my table. A good deep cleaning is needed. Filthy walls, hazy-greasy decor, and nasty, dusty, web crusted mini blinds at the register. All turn offs to what could be a nice place to eat. If you're blind to all that, go and enjoy!

I am very disappointed with the food there. They placed the container of my salad dressing on top of my salad, which is very unsanitary to say the least. I ordered rib-eye hibachi and it tasted nothing like rib-eye steak at all. Actually it taste quite gross. I should have know better than to purchase any thing from there after walking in and my shoes stuck to the floor. The food looks very unappetizing. I highly recommend that you not go there unless you want food poison.....
Went here on my lunch break since it was close and NEVER AGAIN. I waited almost an extra 15 mins before I received my food that I ordered ahead of time. I when i got my food the girl at the counter was rude and did not check my order (red flag) but she handed me the bag and I left. When I got back to check my bag I realized it was someone else's order completely wrong-and it was too late to return it since my linch break was over. As a vegetarian I couldn’t even eat anything, and it was very disappointing since I spent extra time patiently waiting for my food. Very bad service and not worth wasting time and money at this place.
Got takeout of the ribeye lunch special. It was so good and cooked perfectly. The cashier was nice and food came out quickly. I highly recommend it!
Tried to visit a couple of times in the span of a couple months. The first time, the AC was broken, and nobody was at the counter. There were a couple of people in the back, so I tried to get their attention, but wasn't able to get anyone for 10 minutes. I went over to Asian Wok instead.The next time I decided to call before I came so that they might have time to prepare. I came in and the AC was still broken. I was seated and they let me use the fan they were running, I ordered the lunch special which was good, and food came out on time, but then I was forgotten. No server came by, and after I finished, ended up waiting more than 30 minutes to get my bill.I will say the food was good, but I won't be returning; the service was just exceedingly bad. At least I got to try it once I suppose.
