The Bartender Mariah was very nice HOWEVER while waiting for my takeout order we observed a worker blow his nose twice in the kitchen where food was being prepared..Then proceed to pick up dishes, I asked Mariah for a manager unfortunately the Person that blew his nose came over and identified himself as Jack the manager, I informed Jack about the unsanitary issue he debated that he was NOT near food and a sink was there HOWEVER he only washed hands once..
I made a mistake when I ordered my food, and the waitress wouldn’t let me change it. When the food arrived, I mentioned that I forgot the nachos came with jalapeños, and the waitress said she’d eat them because she was so hungry, and I made a joke about how she could have them because I don’t like them, so she then proceeded to stick her hand in my food and took a jalapeño and ate it. I will not be going back here EVER again.
Kickback Jack’s baby-back ribs have been a regular treat for our family for some time. Unfortunately, our recent experience has been a disappointment. The ribs are no longer “fall off the bone” tender but “knaw off the bone” chewy. We hope things improve.
Hello Darlings and Gentleman in the past few years my experience at this restaurant has been negative. My meat was raw on the inside, extra request left off meal, burgers made sloppy causing wet bread (childhood pet peeve) you get less food now. Although it's clean in a great location I think I'm going to stop going because every time I fix my mouth to get some good eating it's a let down, I know kids who run a better lemonade stand than this.Good Luck !.
Pretty good. The one downfall was the waitress put gratuity on our bill without telling us so we about tipped her way too much. We was already going to tip her 25% but since she tried to pull a sneaky on she only got 20%. Be transparent!
Stopped in here when we were visiting our in-laws. The shrimp appetizers were very good. Kids loved the pretzels. Everyone seemed to order something different and everything was tasty. Service was fast and friendly.
We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated very quickly. Our waitress was Courtney and she was great. She was friendly and very attentive. The food came out fast and was delicious. The only thing that was off was the floor has a greasy feel as you are walking your feet are sliding.
Awful service! Was seated and waited over 15 minutes and a waitress never acknowledged us. It was not busy so there was no excuse! We left and will not go back!
I was there tonight and did not like how I was treated by the manager Ciara. We was told the wait time was 45 minutes long. So 45 minutes came. I called and said how much longeris the wait I was than told 45 minutes.I said wait you want me to wait another 45 minutes. I than went in side and asked who was the GM of this store they said he was in the kitchen but would never get him. I was than told that the manger was stand over there. I waited to speak to her she was rude nasty and disrespectful.I asked who can I file a complaint with she just wrote a number down on the paper and walked off. I still said thank you and walked off after another 30 minutes we was seated. Things turned around thanks to Ms. Jaida Davies.She was absolutely nothing but amazing. I mean she was on it and it was 2 adults and 4 kids. She was wonderful above and beyond she went. If you are ever at the kickback Jack's on battleground please ask for her area. Please leave her a nice tip. They need to find a new manager. Maybe start training Ms. Jaida for the job.
This is a great chill spot kids are welcome wasnt too busy on the Wednesday I went on. Kids seating where they are absolutely comfortable is limited.
