The worst KFC I've ever been to. I've come twice and both times the service is awful. They don't tell you that you are gonna have a long wait for your food. I came today and they told me I couldn't order the mac and cheese bowl by itself even though the website was gonna let me order it online for that exact location by itself and then when I go ahead and get the combo because they said I had to. They didn't bother to inform me the wait would be ridiculously long. I waited like 20 minutes one lady says they are waiting on the mac and cheese with an attitude and then when I tell them to cancel my order the other one says the fries were done and it was ready. So were they waiting on the fries or the mac and cheese?? I'll stick to going to Asheboro they have better service and better workers!!!
Ordered a 12 piece family meal for $34 after taxes got home and noticed it was 12 piece's of little dried up legs and thighs cooked in burnt grease, top of the gravy was halfway off which cause gravy to spill inside the bag. The workers there looked like they was fresh out the halfway house.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! The workers messed up my ENTIRE order. I was missing biscuits, mash potatoes and they messed up the drinks. Do not recommend ordering food from this KFC. I need a refund.
Came here after Randleman Avenue Greensboro location bombed. Got home brought a 10 piece mix. Got 3 drums, 6 big greasy thighs and 1 breast all burned no wings at all. KFC has fallen off completely. Only went there feeling nostalgic. Just let it die already if you can't cook chicken or tell it apart. So disappointed with all Greensboro locations. They are TRASH.
I went about two hours ago I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the music was nice. But I ordered a number one 2 leg and a thigh combo With mashed potatoes and gravy in a medium cup of Dr Pepper I sat down and ate it but I Noticed it wasn’t that good. The music and everything like I said The atmosphere was really nice but later tonight a couple hours later my stomach started hurting so bad I felt like I needed to vomit and I had diarrhea I am definitely reporting this to KFC HR. It made me so sick
Small restaurant (if 10 or more people would have been seated, it would have felt crowded), but it was nice and clean inside. The service was exceptional, and when the employees saw we needed something they acted first and delivered. Overall this was a good dining experience.
I ordered a 3pc chicken tender combo that was listed @ $6.79 on the menu board. At the window I was charged $8.85. When I questioned the price difference , I was told the price went up last night. I then asked for a receipt which I couldn’t receive because the machine wasn’t printing any….. I went online to check the price it is $6.79. What a group of skimmers…, You better believe I will be calling corporate
I haven't eaten the food yet but I want to give 5 stars for great service for whoever she was taking the orders she was so kind and though it was late she was determine to delivery great service. I wish I caught her name but she worked March 26th and she seemed to be doing everything. Exemplifying great leadership and a example of delivering gray service every time.
They keep their bathrooms closed even now many months after the pandemic is no longer a pandemic. It should be illegal for any restaurants to close their bathrooms. If you are feeding people, food goes in and must come out. Locking the bathrooms just because your employees don’t want to maintain them is stupid. All KFC restaurants have now been boycotted by me and my family.
Wanted mashed potatoes and gravy but was given fry's... ?. Got a famous bowl and it was the smallest bowl ever.... My biscuit was well undercooked... Mountain dew was sour,.. what's wrong with this KFC.....
