I received hours old chicken with small pieces, my potatoes were like warm and my biscuit was hard. Due to a cashier misunderstanding I was overcharged and looked at like I was the problem. I had a manager finish my order

They refused to fulfill my pickup order, and refused to take an order. I was told "They don't make any more food past 9" I ordered my food an hour before they closed and got there by 9:45 and was turned away. Rude and absolutely unacceptable. i drove all the way here to be turned away while all the employees were sitting in the dining area talking and on their phones. I'm still waiting for my $$$refund$$$ for my to go order. I would hope i get a refund AND a free meal as an apology for this awful treatment.

I always have a problem with this KFC, either I give an order that I did not order, or I will not get what I ordered at all. And recently, I have generally charged my card 3 times.

ke-shauanna or however one spells her name is an awful manager, she gives out hard biscuits. whats crazy is i dont blame her. KFC stop hiring babies for mgmt roles. spend some money hire trained people.

(Rude, scamming, no order whatsoever) Worst experience in fast food I’ve ever had. I asked for 3 different common items each of which they were all out of and when I had finally asked for something they had they took my card without even telling me my total and with no receipt they told to wait around front where I waited 30 minutes starving and no one came out I had to go back through the drive through and they told me they didn’t remember me and after persisting more they had my food ready at the window cold and tasted awful I will not be returning.

Fresh food, no waiting, freshly cooked. No missing items. Friendly staff and helpful. Busy location place is often pecked especially from 5pm-7p.

Decent meal for the price could it be better? Ofcourse! It could be a whole lot better. Greedy companies have maximized profits and minimized services and value. But! Thats just how it rolls nowadays!!

This is literally the WORST SERVICE I have seen at a KFC in a long time. My past few visits they’ve never had anything(I.e. “no original chicken breast!” or “they’re sold out!” And from my understanding they close at 10p on weekdays but when I have arrived at 8:50p -9:00p that’s the typical response I receive. Spare yourself the time and money and AVOID this KFC b/c you will be disappointed!

Owner please get new employees. We come to buy food and not for attitude. ? why People are going to Chick-fil-A instead of other fast food chains bc their employees actually treat you right. If you don’t like your job find a new one

Had to wait 20-mins to pick-up a refrigerated item, which could had been handed to me IMMEDIATELY, all because the person on the register said I had to be served in sequential order. It was at the 20+ min mark that the manager survey the order board, saw that was the entirety of my order, grabbed it and had me on my way. I DO realize that there is a shortage of staffing in every walk of life now, however, I do also believe that those who get hired, need to be able to walk and chew gum at the same time.
