KFC has always been my favorite fast food chicken place. Unfortunately, however they no longer take any pride in the taste of their food. It's not horrible but it definitely isn't what it was or could still be. The biscuits, if that's what they're supposed to be are a joke! They are only a mouthful worth of food and given the taste or lack of, you aren't missing anything if you skip it. The mashed potatoes have always been a tasteless platform on which the gravy could shine! That of course, was when the gravy actually tasted great. Now a days it's just thick brownish liquid that sits atop the potatoes. The cole slaw is still great! I've always enjoyed the cole slaw, I use to love, like really love the potatoes and gravy and the slaw enough that I was thrilled even if I didn't have any chicken, to just have the 2 sides. Lol! Anyway the chicken just isn't the same as it was. It's not bad but it's not the same. It almost seems like it's cooked differently and it definitely taste like it is seasoned differently. Now, none of that is the fault of the employees at this KFC. The staff that took my order and prepared my food were polite and helpful. I've no complaints about them. It was actually a pleasant experience that when I think back on makes me smile.
I ordered the 16 pc meal. I did not see chicken when I opened the box..the pieces were so small I think they gave us bittes...yes dang baby chickens. Almost every piece of chicken was barely larger than a wing. If I had checked my order before leaving I would have gotten my money back and went to Church's Chicken right up the street. Poor ole Sanders probably rolled over n his grave when he seen tht order go out!!! RIDICULOUS and to think the cost of my order was over 61.00!!!#
Since kfc has so much business to turn away I am very happy to oblige them and never eat at their establishment ever again especially the one on Randleman Rd. In Greensboro, NC.I would give them no stars if I could have.This review is due to the girl working the drive through and her behavior and refusal to get the manager.She wanted me to pull back out into traffic and go around the building and order at da box because I had 2 coupons and didn't tell her at da box.If you find a good review for this store,it will be from the employees.
Found a hair in my famous bowl just now and they tried to charge me $2.50 for a ice cup. A cup of ice. Ice in a cup. $2.50?????? I’d rather drive the extra 15 minutes to the other one.
Took a minute in drive thru. Window guy kinda short but long day I get it. 4 star
The manager and crew are the Best always have a smile and work extremely hard to get it right ..
always bad service here they never have enough of anything to complete your order because they're lazy enough not to make it!!!
Ordered around 9:30pm. Popcorn chicken out? Out. Fries? Out. Plenty of laughing over the headsets and talking over each other. Ordered a number 1 with mash potatoes and when I get to the window the cashier with long black hair and magenta highlights asks me to tell the side again. I say “I’ll take whatever you still have for sides” she laughs and tells me “it’s not smart to be rude to people that make your food” oh and surprise surprise I didn’t get a receipt. Trash staff. I won’t be back.
No stars very upset my small tube of travel size toothpaste is the same size as my drumstick and my family size mashed potatoes had only one third of potatoes I wanted to enjoy my dinner and instead I felt like I was conned and robbed
You just don't make chicken like you used to, like when the col. was around and alive. Like you water down the recipe or something.
