I've been to this location for carry out numerous times, and typically don't bother writing reviews based on negative experiences, but today's experience just broke me. While the food is always good, and the staff is usually very kind and professional with fast service, the last two times I have gone, the lady working the drive-thru window has been a disgrace. I last stopped by Tuesday, 5/3/22 at 11:25 a.m., and the lady working the drive-thru was wearing a purple shirt, and had at least one tattoo on her arm or wrist. I simply point this out in hopes that someone in management there will see this post and know who I'm talking about. This lady was completely unprofessional both times I've been in the past week; being loud and obnoxious, wearing a smug look on her face, not speaking to me, even when I tried to make polite chat with her, and barely even taking the time to look at me. No thank you, and my order was botched. I would have gone back to complain in person, but I had to hurry up and get back to work. I'm giving a two star review, b/c I've had plenty of good service here before, and the food is always quite tasty, but this lady needs to go, or at least not be allowed to work with the public. The last time I saw her before today, she was ranting loudly about "getting her raise" the entire time I'm sitting at the window. Entirely unprofessional, and this lady DOES NOT need a raise. If someone in charge happens to see this, thank you for your time and attention.

Ran out of chicken. I understand it happens but what bothers me is they have my number and email and nobody bothered to contact me to let me know. I showed up when the tracker said "your order is ready for pickup!" To find that no it wasn't and in fact was canceled. Then the employee who yelled it was canceled to me from the door said she didn't know how to go about my getting refunded and then went back inside locking the door behind her. Luckily the customer service person answering the national line was very apologetic very kind and professional and processed my refund immediately. Poor employee behavior is often a direct result of poor management. I feel sorry for these workers they are under paid and under valued but seriously, you couldn't even call to let me know?

Ordered a leg and thigh meal and the chicken was old. Pepsi did not taste right. Biscuit was ok. Will not be going back!

Great employees and management and community relations and environment clean and you can dine in with mask and other restrictions in place when and where available.

Just terrible. I ordered 3 pot pies and they were burnt. They are too expensive and they food is not all that. Don't have to worry about me anymore.

Food is not as good as it used to be they have changed too many different ingredients chicken really doesn't have a taste anymore and it's so small you know if you're getting chicken or something else but the prices are constantly going up and the pieces of chicken or getting smaller not enough for what they charge you for it so I switched over I'm going somewhere else now I used to go there at least once a week or twice used to love that chicken don't even have a taste now

No line. One person in front of me. But he were finishing up. The Cashier we're nice.

Ordered thru grubhub for first time. Wont do it again.Missing items utensils and straws.

Just left got to work and got two good pieces tge rest was old very unhappy $25 dollars for food you don't want to eat

Took me back to when I was a kid and eating chicken after church!!! The chicken was fresh, the mashed potatoes and gravy were hot, the slaw was mighty tasty and the biscuits were soft!!!! Come and see for yourself!!!
