It’s literally been an hour, and 20mins. The manager on duty is rude, and shouldn’t be running shifts. I asked for corporates phone number! He told me to “google it!” He also threatened to cancel my order! I never want to deal with one like him ever again! I should’ve went to Harris teeter! 0 customer service! He called the driver! The driver didn’t answer! SOMEONE NEEDS TO EMAIL ME BACK ABOUT THIS SITUATION! REN is his name!
Came here because I wanted to try it for the 1st time. It was really good and fresh. I had the club lulu and BBQ chips. The bread was really soft and the whole sub was delicious. Since it was my 1st time I will be going back soon. Only thing I wish they had hot subs but overall was good. The employees were really nice and helpful. The restaurant was clean and no wait
Bad service, i waited for my delivery order for an hour and I’m only 4 mins away.
There was barely any tuna on my tuna sandwich and it tasted like fancy fest cat food, they piled about half a pound of lettuce on the sandwich, like If yall don't have to ingredients to make a proper sandwich just go out of business.
Always good ! They have become really slow at this location but I guess you can’t be Freaky fast all the time!

I love this sandwich shop! I ordered five subs at Costco using the mobile app and drove right up Dolly Madison and the order was one bag of chips away from being finished! Perfect timing for a Friday at noon!! Keep doing what you do! ♥️?
Delicious food. Inconsistent service. Its a convenient location near Guilford College, but I dont think I’ll go back.
I love Jimmy John’s!!! Every location has the same quality ingredients and flavor. I always ask for mustard and extra oil and vinegar to combat the bread ratio. Never had a dry sandwich yet!!!!
