My credit card information was stolen and used about a dozen times this afternoon beginning shortly after using my card at Jersey Mike's on Battleground. I haven't used that card in over a week prior to today. I tried to call them to let them know but they're not taking calls so I'm hoping this gets to them before more people's accounts get hijacked
This jersey mike’s constantly messes up our order. How hard is “no cheese”? It’s not always a preference, some people are allergic/sensitive to dairy and can’t eat it. I’ve worked at a sandwich shop before and I know it’s not hard to get orders right, even during busy hours. Just read the receipt, don’t make assumptions.
If you ever tip here, be sure to do so in cash. I have it on good authority that the owner steals the debit and credit card tips.
The staff here is always friendly, no matter how busy. Good food too. Recommend.
Horrible Customer Service by the girl at the Register. She had a poor attitude when Resolving an issue regarding my transaction! She kept saying “like I said” instead of listening to what I was trying to explain to her. The manager did however assist with the issue. When I asked the manager what the employees name was she stated she was unable to provide it to me. I will not be returning to this location for the lack of customer service etiquette.
I went in at lunch to get 1 sandwich. They had too many people working that didn't know what they were doing, training, or just didn't care. They are so unorganized at this location and I will not go back there, I will give another place my money. AND i left with the wrong sandwich. I watched 3 different people add toppings to MINE and movie it on down the line, I went to pay and was handed what I thought was mine, I get back to work to eat it, and it is totally not what I ordered. I highly recommend not going to this location. So, in a nutshell, I spent almost $10 for a sandwich I don't even like.

Bought 2 subs #44 and #17 tonight on battleground Ave 4016 block and they were bad. Have bought before they were really good so don't know if quality has gone down but both were thrown away. Just letting everyone know my experience. Ticket 068302
There food is always consistent and amazing no matter who makes it! It may take a while from time to time, but the outcome always the same, perfection!
2nd time eating here...food was awesome! Great customer service. Love it!
