Food is good. Staff not so much. Staff has an attitude and manager talks about customers to her staff loud enough for others to hear
My bread was literally as hard as my table. Very disappointed. I tried calling to complain and the line is off the hook. My husband is on the way in hopes, we can get fresh subs that don’t feel like they are 10 days old.
I ordered a number 26 which is a chicken bacon ranch no where on the 26 has peppers and onions I ordered this enough so I know what comes on the sandwich. Then on top of that there are not answering the phones to get the order right. At least answer the phone to get the person order right. I wish I could give 0 stars. It was fixed
They were extremely fast, very polite, and I was in and out very quickly. The subs were absolutely delicious

Order was done correctly. No customer service though. Everyone seemed dead inside.
Drove by to get a sandwich but all the lights were off in the dining room and the “open” sign wasn’t turned on so they appeared closed. Mind you it’s 3pm on a Saturday they close at 5. I kept driving and decided to call to see if they were open the lady says, “ ummmmm (as if she didn’t know) we are open but only doing cold sandwiches because we are short staffed” that doesn’t make much sense because when My husband went inside there were 2 staff members and no customers, I’m guessing because they appeared closed. Then my husband comes back to the car and says they told him that the griddle was down which was why they weren’t making any hot sandwiches. I feel sorry for the franchise owners these days because people truly do not want to be bothered to do the bare minimum. Like , if you’re at work, turn on the lights and serve the customer. Isn’t it boring being at work with the lights off avoiding work? Isn’t it easier just to do the job. People are wild these days smh given 2 stars because at least the food was decent.
Lovely staff, super attentive, the Italian I got tasted like it was touched by an angel; however, one of the team members made a concerted effort to make me feel stupid, perhaps uncultured for calling one of the condiments salsa (which, by definition, ended up being salsa). I must apologize, I didn’t realize putting condiments on generic sandwiches was such a refined art! No shame in doing a little self reflection :)
The thing was good the staff was generally very unfriendly and didn't want to listen to the order so that it could be done right which they had to redo because they didn't want to listen. I think that's why they had ears right but won't be back
When I arrived 7:50pm they didn’t service me and just said they were closed but the open sign was on and The door was unlocked. I asked the lady why would the door still be unlocked and she responded “I wasn’t going to stand at the door and wait”. they don’t close until 8pm.
