Hello, I visited Jason's Deli in Greensboro, NC at Friendly Shopping Center. The manager there does not seem to greet customers or shows that he even appreciates customers. I had gotten a meal that included the salad bar. I was shocked to find that items on the salad bar had not been refilled for a while. The spring lettuce was wilted and there was no other lettuce brand available in the other compartment. There were no cucumbers, or red onions. The assistant manager seems to always be working very hard and doing all the work. I went up to him and told him about the salad bar. He said he would get someone on it. This tall person, african american male came from the back and took his time looking over the salad bar. Then he proceeded to go to the back which seemed like a while, and brought out something but it wasn't for the salad bar. Meanwhile, I am waiting to fix my salad but have no lettuce. Being short on time, I hurried and threw some items in my bowl and sat down to eat what I did have, while I waited on this man to replenish items. I was not the only one waiting for the replenishment of lettuce and items and the salad bar. Once he had finished, I was done eating the few items I could muster to put in my bowl and went to the salad bar to finally get some lettuce and onions. I was completely scolded by this man. I later found out he was the manager. Apparently, there's only one trip to the salad bar. At this point my lunch break was coming to a close so I explained to the man that I had not gotten all of my salad items the first time because I was waiting on him to fill the bar. He got a plate and put lettuce and onions on it for me and said "here", and " you only get one trip to the salad bar". I was insulted! I did not know that there was only one trip to the salad bar because there are no signs posted. Also, I had only eaten a few items from the bar as I was waiting for him to fill the main items. Needless to say, with customer service like this I will not be visiting. Also, on previous visits me and my guests were never informed that there is only one trip to the salad bar. I've seen many patrons make more than one trip to the salad bar. The rudeness of the manager and his slovenliness that day, made me not want to come back as long as I have to deal with customer service like this. I will not be bringing my church group, guests or family until things improve.

First time going, nightmare experience. Walking in, it's a sea of dirty tables piled with dishes. People adding on to them as they go. Literally the inside and out, nothing but dirty dishes on multiple tables and people sitting around them, and others trying hard to find a clean one. Proceeded to order. Nobody ever told me I had to ask for my salad bowl. Went to the salad bar, no said left, no toppings left. Children by the ice cream machine dropped their ice cream and stopping in it like a mud puddle. I didn't get my salad. Waited on my food, I saw it up front sit there for over 15 min, I went and got it myself. Sat down with this food and my chicken was so dry it looked like jerky. It was almost translucent. I took my tray back and asked for my money back. Nobody asked any questions, the guy giving me my money back even sang a song to himself like it's completely normal. I will never ever go back there.

This used to be a favorite spot but now you're only allowed one trip to the salad bar and I literally had to ask them to refill the toppings. Some of which had changed and clearly not what they used to be. I'll just make my salads at home for awhile now.

Before covid I loved Jason’s deli, now I do not. New management is rude (guy with long dreads), the salad bar is never stocked, bad produce, and only 1 trip for about 10$. I used to come here everyday in 2019, it’s so different now, the food and service is just not good anymore.

3/17/2022: The server by the name of Luther had excellent customer service. He was very helpful when delivering my order to me. Friendly and great customer service skills!

Came in after work to sample the restaurant. A man named Luther handed me my food, promised it was good, and I wasn’t disappointed. Will definitely come back soon.

We use to go here all the time and they charged our debit card 2 times for 2 different amounts. We called got it fixed but stopped going for a while. Decided to give it another try since we haven't been there in almost a year We go last night use our card and we got charged again double. One payment came out and another payment is pending. This makes no sense at all. If you have used your debit card or credit card here you need to check and make sure they aren't charging you twice.

Everything about this place is Great!! This is my go-to for lunch during the week I always order to pickup and it’s always ready when I get there. The soups I have been getting have all been so good! I just tried the Gumbo for the first time simply amazing full of flavor! The salads are fulfilling even the smaller size. Great customer service also. There is always a nice young lady that lets me know she saw my *special requests and put it in the bag for me. Whoever is cooking here is doing amazing finally found a spot that is consistent!!!

One trip salad bar with lots of missing items and dressing is a joke.

Great food, their ice cream machine is always out of order like McDonald’s ? but you can’t compare the food quality. The chicken pot pie is so good and you can pretty much try everything over time, you will not be disappointed.
