Food is good, service is not. I think Crystal? Krystal? is the only one who knows what's going on. Poor lady seemed to be training about 8 new people at once. One of the customers next to us asked for decaf coffee and the waitress had no clue what that even was. After the waiter gave us our food (we sat at the bar), he didn't check on us one time. The Jake's on Wendover is so much better, but always too packed so we have to go to this one.
Avoid this place!Pork chops extremely salty and grilled vegetables mushy.The waitresses recommended one cake because the other desserts were old. The recommended cake was stale and hard, so hate to think what the other cakes were like.Racial slurs (including the "N"word) were written on the menu board in the same writing and chalk as the menu items, so obviously done by the restaurant staff.
Man!!!! What a great breakfast.. about the same cost as Waffle House but far superior quality. Can't wait to go again.

This is a very popular place and I can see why. I got there around 12pm. We had a wait time of 20 min and it was worth it. Some of the the best food I've had in a long time.

Wife and I have been driving by Jake's for months and never stopped until this morning. We were missing out! Biscuits and sausage gravy were awesome. The eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly to order. The service was very good even being understaffed. We'll go back for sure.

Ate here twice while in area both times for lunch. Sat all 8 of us with no wait. Phenomenal food every time. Great service too. Prices are great. My favorite is the Jalepeno chicken and homemade chips.
Very good breakfast prepared to perfection. Staff courteous and on point. Lunches and dinner has been great. There are 3 or 4 locations in Greensboro and all have been fantastic.
