Was treated incredibly rude by the employee who said my order had been cancelled even though there was no money credited back to my card. I placed my order at 1130 and got here 15 minutes later, still 15 minutes before they close. Insomnia cookies? Misnomer cookies for sure. Don't waste your money here.
Good concept, but poor presentation. Me and my fiancé stopped by, only for them to be out of almost every cookie, no brownies, or cookie cakes. Now I understand some weren't available due to the "shortage" but I literally had 4 options. Whatever, we ordered. 6 other people behind us got irritated and left.The cookies aren't even fresh! They're hard and cold.Can't give an order number as they never gave me a receipt.I'm highly disappointed, and will not be returning. If I lived in the area, I'd turn around and get a refund, but we don't live close and weren't turning around.
This location has let me down more often than not. They never have their most popular cookies in stock and even when they do.. you can bet on them being delivered to you cold and stale. Don’t waste your time/money :)
I would have rated them higher if they were not out of more than 1/2 of the kinds of cookies they offer. What we got was good and the staff was great.
Always warm cookies no matter what time of day or late night (in our case) you go! Staff is quick and gets you in and out!
Had a sign showing which cookies they were out of at 1:30 in the afternoon. But the cookie I got was very good. I choose the s'mores.

A nice little cookie store that has a limited menu but the cookies are fantastic as well as over sized. I had the oatmeal walnut and I have to say they were excellent
Cookies are pretty good but staff needs some work on their people skills:)
Guy met us at the door to say he needed to “use the bathroom” and put up a 5 min wait sign. We waited at the front door for 2 hours only to be told we had to order online. Waited another hour only to get raw cookies and expired milk, not to mention they didn’t get our order right the first or 2nd attempt …. I will not return and DO NOT recommend.
