This used to be one of our favorite spots! But the past three times the service has been awful! We had hair in our food and our appetizers came out frozen inside! So disappointing!
Food, Chen, the sushi chef, and Anita, our server, were all amazing. 5 star experience and highly recommend. No better sushi in Greensboro.

One word: greasy. Everything was greasy. The Yakisoba was drenched in oil and didn’t really have any flavour. The Peking duck was so fatty it was almost inedible, and the spring rolls tasted like they were cooked from frozen and therefore mushy. I was also highly disappointed in the portion sizes for the price I paid. The only really good thing was the atmosphere and our waitress, who was a doll.Also, the bathroom was disgusting and the toilet didn’t flush. Yikes.

Imperial Koi has been our favorite restaurant for many years. The food is exceptional and the service has been great. I notice a sign posted in their entrance hiring for all positions. I hope they fill their openings soon. We ordered 4 rolls and waited over an hour. Our drinks were left empty and I had to get my plates from the server station. We arrived at the restaurant as they opened and we're the 3rd table seated. We sat and watched more than 15 tables come in, eat and leave. I finally had to go ask for our food and another server.
This place was able to accommodate a large group reservation at the last minute. Service was a little slow, but thatâs completely understandable with 10 diners.
