Went for Father's Day yesterday. Worst service I've ever received anywhere! The staff sounded like they were having a party in the kitchen instead of preparing and getting people their food. The manager should probably go to some leadership training and get her staff in order. We had one waiter take drink orders. Another take the food order and with not many people in there still didn't get our food for an hour and a half. Waitress wasn't aware she was providing service for our table. The manager had to go and get our food. This place is a hot mess and I will never return. This one star is not deserved.
Went at 2am in the morning very under staff, we got our food around 3:30am. Big argument in the kitchen that could be heard in the dinning room. The high point was our waitress, who was also working the front entrance! The coffee was fresh and excellent!
It was one of the best exercises I have had at a IHOP. The staff was friendly courteous and fast. Meal was hot. Coffee never ran out. Our waiter received a 18% tip. Yes Sir no Sir the entire time. In return he received a Yes Sir and no Sir as well.
This was one of my worst experiences at a restaurant I have ever had. The manager was not doing her job , she didn’t portray any proper leadership, all the waiters and host were extremely dysfunctional. Customers were getting seated wrong and there overall wait time was , astronomical. My table had 8 guest total. We had to argue to just get seated and after we were seated , everything just got worse , our waiter didn’t know what she was doing. She did not greet us nor did she ask if we were doing good. No refills were made and she never acknowledged or provided empathy towards our poor experience. The manager made us wait over 10 min before she came and spoke with us in regards to the whole matter. I will never go back to this location.
The service and food at this IHOP was terrible. Food was cold or not prepared correctly. Waitress was bring the order out one plate at a time. I got my drink 1 hour later. I then got my bacon. After 30 mins go by then I got my eggs and grits. It was 20 more minutes before before I got my pancakes. I watch the manager seat party of 11 take there order bring there drinks and get there food while I'm still waiting. I was blown away.
The service is so bad here that giving them 1 star would be doing them a great service. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. these workers have no home training no manners and when you walk in they don’t greet you they just stare at you. I came in at 1030pm and I waited like 10+ minutes to be sat in a restaurant with nobody here. And then the lady says the reason why the server didn’t acknowledge me was because she thought I was a door dash order
I tried to order from the location on Ring Road on March 16, 2022 and got no answer after calling over ten times. I decided to try the location on Westover Terrace for a curbside order. The person that answered the phone had one of the driest personalities. I placed my order and when I arrived and notified the restaurant of my arrival. I waited in my car for over twenty minutes and no one brought my order out. I have been out sick all week and this was my first day out of the house in four days. I was unprepared to have to go inside and retrieve my own order, especially when I specifically requested curbside. I went in and the restaurant was pretty empty. No one bothered to come and see if I was the right person picking up my order. The manager just waved at me from the back. Thus was extremely disappointing and makes me not want to order from either location again.
our waitress was kind but the service was still terrible. she didn't come back to check on our table at all and didn't even bring all of our food out. we had to talk to the manager to get half of our food. the food was served cold and with hair in it. we waited so long for mediocre food. they also charge over $4 for sour orange juice? the only time i'm paying for $3 for juice is when it's fresh pressed. i wouldn't recommend this location at all!
I was at this location last night 3/25/22 and it was a horrible experience. From the seating with no menus to the lack of service after being seated to poor professionalism to wrong and cold food after an hour wait to even being rung up and charged twice. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I spoke with managers and I’m still concerned for anyone who goes there to eat. It’s a huge risk! Don’t do it!

YOU CAN’T GET WORK DONE BEING ON YOUR CELLPHONE!!!Unlikely to recommendThe two host one named Tasha and there was a young Hispanic male who were the first people you see when you come in. I stood at the front of the hosting station waiting to be greeted by Tasha. WAITING FOR HER TO GET OFF HER PHONE. I didn’t want to be rude so I politely waited for her to finish, maybe it was urgent. LolThe wait was entirely too long for her to finish her time with her phone and to get my food.You have to be extremely patient ordering from here.The entire store was EXTREMELY DIRTY*****ALL-STAR ALERT*****There was a waitress who really deserves so much more than to be here at this job. She was able to help her staff and me as well. LOLA is there best on the staff after sitting in the store for an hour and half waiting on food, I was able to evaluate the whole staff.DO NOT GO HERE
