We wait a lot to be seated (16 people) but once we get the table the waitress was awesome with us very good service thank you.

Love Hooters food and have never had a bad experience. Never felt like the waitresses were dressed raunchy or acting raunchy. Don’t ever think you are gonna walk into this place and have that experience. The waitresses were wearing thong string bikinis and they had a security guard. Not exactly the same kind of Hooters you find anywhere other than Greensboro.
Food was great as always but service was extremely bad. Waited 20 minutes between drinks and each course and never got second round of drinks even though we were charged.*UPDATE ABOUT 2 MONTHS LATER:The hooters owner personally responded to this review, telling me send my review to their website which I took the time to do and was told I will hear back from them. A month later and still no response back. Very disappointed with this kind of service, I can't believe this is how you treat your very long time and dedicated customers, or any customer in the first place. Extremely disappointing.
Food was awesome but a little bit cold! the service in itself was questionable and a little disappointing to be precise! Waitress was a sweetheart but Everything was so slow. There was about 6 occupied tables in the whole restaurant and it took ages to get beverages and then by the time the food came we just wanted to get out of there. There was a table that didn’t even get seated because there was no employees on the floor serving customers, they sat for like 15 minutes without a soul even offering them menus. As expected paying the bill went pretty fast and it was clear as day as to why our meals took so long, the waitresses were sitting outside socializing and laughing and having a jolly old time.
The food was good but the waitress was even better. Jesse dealt with approximately 25 of us Phantom Custom Car and Truck Club members all alone. She did her job thoroughly and didn't mess up anyone's order. She is an exceptional waitress and works well under pressure. We as a whole want to give her a huge shout out for a job well done.
This hooter restaurant is the best! Several friends ate there & the drinks was mixed & made right that they had on menu, but the bar tender didnt understand how to mix a drink that I had pulled up online that we love to get. However, our little waitress was 18 & she was a great waitress! Don't remember her name, but she very good at getting our orders, & never failed anyone at our table! She was very very polite, had a great sense of humor & very good at her job! The food was delicious as well!
Was seated right away, 6 people in a 4 person booth. Once seated, numerous staff went by and never acknowledged us, we sat and sat...while others got seated and served. When questioned of someone would be helping us, was told " trying to find a server for you", because there wasn't one available where we were seated, plenty of tables available, plenty of staff, 3 tables seated after us got service, not us. 2 people seated at a 6 person high top and got served, 2 guys as well... We left, customer service non existent, maybe because this party was just not a group of guys?? Definitely won't recommend this spot, keep on driving.Update 2/15: Went to Hooters.com per request from Hooters response to Google review, completed in detail information on 2/3/22, still no response or contact. Speaks volume about mgmt.
Waited at the door over 15 mins just to be put on a 25 minute waiting list which ended up being longer. They need to hire more people. Service is horrible so we left! Went to Kickback Jacks and was seated and eating by the time Hooters called for our table.
Genesis was our waitress and she was exTREMELY sweet. very patient and knowledgeable about all the items on the menu. it was our first time here and she made it super easy. i definitely recommend her
