Ordered a noodle bowl with Bulgogi Beef. It was so salty I couldn’t eat it. I’ll try it again with a different dish and protein but it’s not for me.
My first time here and the food was trash! Should have not wasted my precious lunch break. Got the Thai crispy chicken. The chicken taste funny and so did the rice. I asked for sauce to mask the taste but of course you have to pay extra ? nope want be coming back. Your welcome!
Asked for a poke bowl low carb, no rice or sauce. The bowl was covered in sauce - when I asked for them to correct it they refused. Unfortunate I'm on keto and not eating any carbs. Waste of $20....
Don’t get me wrong the food is amazing, but I can’t get over the lack of gloves worn by the food prep’s.
First time I ordered here a few months back the food was incredible, but today I ordered 2 egg rolls with my meal and they were undercooked, second layer of the roll was raw, and everything inside was wet and runny. I called and the manager was very nice and offered to give me 2 for free delivered to my address, however those weren’t much better, still very undercooked. 3/5 because their main courses are very good and I appreciated the attempt to solve the problem. But I definitely wouldn’t recommend the egg rolls here. I added pictures where you can see how wet and raw the inside is. First 2 pics are first order, 3rd pic was when they delivered them to me again.
A very good restaurant serving up Asian flare. Meals were packed with food. Really liked the eel dish; it was nicely seasoned. Lots of eel and rice, felt good about that. The pork bao was so good. Loved the sweet bun and tasteful pork. Grilled perfectly. Throw on a fried egg.. and bam, ties it all together.
We came here for the Bao and all of the options sounded good. Everything was cooked well and tasted great. The buns were a perfect texture and the fillings were full of flavor and decently portioned. We will be back.
Food delivery was over an hour late. Also called to check if the food would actually be delivered and the employee showed no reassurance that the food would arrive within a acceptable time.
Made one of the orders wrong the first time but re-did it without complaint. No one calling out finished tickets so there was notable back log in the pickup line. Cleanliness rating of 95.0 at time of review; however I know from restaurant experience that means 95.0 on a good day. Store is run by Asians, so food is authentic.
I would give 0 if I could because the service for pick up was ridiculous. I did grubhub so I wouldn’t have to wait in line and still ended up waiting 20 mins past the pick up time. The guy steady said the order wasn’t ready, but it was in front of him the whole time. The fact that I only ordered a drink and a bao and ended up getting my food last (my friends ordered hibachi and bowls too after me) is ridiculous.
