I only leave reviews in the event of extremes, good or bad. Having worked in fine dining when I was younger, I definitely have an appreciation for elevated service. I have never been a regular at a coffee shop until Green Joe's. I went from enjoying a very occasional cup of coffee to drinking coffee 7 days a week. I can't say enough good things about this establishment and the family that owns it! Every day I come in to be greeted with a warm welcome and a familiar face. Each barista knows my order before I even go to order. Whether I am coming in to grab a cup real quick and go run errands or I am spending the day there because of how much work I get done in this focused environment. I will continue to be a regular at Green Joe's coffee shop.
Green Joe's Coffee Company is definitely my favorite place to get coffee from in Greensboro! They have a great variety of drinks (coffee, tea, Italian soda and more!), and pastries too! You can even buy their coffee beans to take home. I have never had a drink I didn't care for from Green Joe's (their Raspberry Truffle Latte is my personal favorite), and everytime I go I look forward to trying something new. Their staff is always super friendly, and willing to answer questions you might have about drinks or beans. Overall, I can confidently say that Green Joe's Coffee Company is my favorite coffee shop in Greensboro, NC, and if you ever get the chance you should definitely check it out!
Overall, great coffee and ambiance. Absolutely loved the cinnematic and the chai latte was good as well. This was definitely one of the better coffee shops I’ve been to in my visits to the Durham/Raleigh area. The only thing I found odd was how dry the cappuccinos were. I’ve never come across a cafe that makes them dry as default without first asking if the drinker has a preference. It still tasted good (I’m told) but the cup was about 50% milk foam.
I LOVE Green Joe’s the atmosphere is calming and I do most of my work there. However the last time I visited one of the employees was a bit rude. She didn’t ask me what size drink I wanted and assumed that I wanted a 20oz (which I did not but I didn’t notice until after I payed) and then when I asked for almond milk she told me “ummm yeah, you need to tell me that before you pay though” yes I understand that but at my previous visits the baristas would always ask what size drink I wanted and if whole milk was okay and if not I was able to pick what I wanted.
My friend and I decided to give this place a try since we've both never been. I was extremely happy with my experience. During our time there I ordered two coffees, the Chocolate Cheesecake and the Triple C, and a coffee cake. A few things I liked are; they have milk substitutes, they offer to warm your food, they have a reward program, and they sell coffee beans on site. There was a steady flow of people coming and going, but there was always one or two seats open. I can't wait to go back and try out their Italian Sodas.
Tried Green Joe’s for the first time this morning. I ordered the raspberry truffle latte and a cheddar bacon scone. What a delightful treat to kick off the weekend.Cool atmosphere and friendly faces. Will definitely be back!
I become a fan of this place, excellent vibe, really cool environment, great taste in music, and amazing fresh roasted coffee.Green Joe’s is the store of the big roaster by the PTI Airport named Carolina Coffee Roasting Company. So you will always get fresh roasted coffee.They have a nice selection of different international coffees, plus other additives such syrups, biscuits and more.Today I not only had a great coffee, but I also participated in the Barista 101 Class given by Josh. Well it was Great, he really gives bunch of tips and very detailed processes. I was very happy and went home to practice with my new Breville Barista Machine.Stop by and enjoy the cool vibe, they have a nice parking lot… 100% Recommended!!!

Delicious coffee! We recently started going here instead of Starbucks. The Cinematic is my favorite, it's a creamy blend of coffee, cinnamon and brown sugar. I'm *pretty* sure their pastries are made in house. The danishes are big, flaky, sweet perfection. It's definitely a treat to go here!
Very cozy bar atmosphere to sit back and relax. Coffee was really good and they have some good latte flavors. I got the Chocolate Cheesecake Latte, which while very good, it just tasted like chocolate.
