THE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE.The price of the food doesn’t match the portions nor taste for its price. We had a reservation’s for a party of 6 @ 5:15pm and weren’t seated till 5:45.Once we were inside there was already another party of 7-9 people waiting to be seated at our given time (5:15).The entrance was so small we were standing outside like it was a line to get into the club. Once I reached the hostess stand , I gave the hostess our name and she just shrugged and walked off for about 10 minutes. As she walked off there is a whole 6 top open. After about 20 minutes the hostess comes back and sits us at the table that has been open for about 30 minutes. We got seated and it 20 minutes to get drinks and another 15 minutes to put our order in.The bread and salads were amazing but we were almost full due to everyone snacking on bread because of the amount of time it took to get our food (1.5hr).I order the chicken fettuccine (with exactly 6 piece of chicken) and all I have to say is for $25; I could’ve gotten better pasta at Olive Garden for cheaper. Along with that a guest of mine sent his food back because his plate looked like someone had eaten off of it. After we sent our food back we asked for the manager to tell how our experience went and the manager was nowhere to be found. Meanwhile as we wait , the same party of 7-9 we ran into at the hostess at (5:15) became enraged for the amount of time the whole service took (8:34pm) .They had threatened not to pay. The owner came out and came to our table and told us if we didn’t pay he was going he was going to call the police.Whole time he was at the wrong table and we were just waiting for our 3 checks so we can leave. After all that we didn’t leave till 9:05pm.5:15-9:05 for some nasty pasta is ridiculous.THIS RESTAURANT IS FAR FROM FINE DINING…Wendy’s has better service then this.SIMPLE TERMS:DONT GO!

The service was not up to what you would expect in a fine dining establishment. The staff seemed confused, not well trained and that was from the management to the hostess and all in between. Also it takes a lot of extra time and a lot of back and forth between the bar and the kitchen to just get a glass of tea because the restaurant is not set up properly. The food was not bad however the lamb chop appetizer was way over cooked and the Chilean sea bass was supposed to be 6-8oz’s and when the plate arrived it was about 4oz’s. When I spoke to the manager Ben to call his attention to some cleaning issues that he may want to address, my husband made mention of the entree being under size and Ben basically made up a reason why however it was still full price. My husband also told him that he had actually wanted to try the Ribeye steak and Ben said and I quote” yeahhhh we have one back there but I was saving that and we are going to grill that up and I was going to let everyone nibble on it”. Very unprofessional! We travel and eat in all caliber of restaurants and I think this was a first for me hearing something like that. I am sure that the owner would take pause at that. Then as if that weren’t bad they actually tried to charge my card for our meal$120) and then 2 days later I had a second charge from bank for $108.89. I had to contact bank and cancel my card due to someone putting in number.

Everything was done well. Appreciate the level of service and food quality and portions were both excellent.

We had a party of seven. We started with Oysters Rockefeller, which were so good even our grandchildren loved them. The entrées were all excellent! I had the Veal Ala Giovanni and it was great. My wife had vegetables instead of pasta and commented that herbs and spices they used made them better than those at other restaurants. J was our server and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend Giovanni"s.

The staff and food were amazing! We will definitely come back next time we are in Greensboro!

Outstanding service, food was ok. My steak was not cooked to order, Lamp lollipops were overcooked. Nothing really special about the calamari and the pasta dish was good at best. Normally I will give a restaurant 3 tries, but at these prices, I not sure it I will return

I had heard great thing and was excited to go. The service started off great but declined as the night went on. The food was not worth the price but sauce was AWESOME!

very much enjoyed the evening and we will be going back in the near future and hope to take a group

DO NOT GO HERE. Food was horrible, service even worse and had the nerve to be expensive.

The service was incredible -- the staff was kind and attentive. The food was a little overpriced for the quality but still an overall pleasant experience.
