The salad was good both times I went the place was clean. The staff was friendly I would eat there again

Really like this place. Wish I got to this side of town more often. Hadn't seen the recent renovations and paint. Place now looks as good as it tastes! Seating is a bit limited but it's worth it for the visit. Nice staff. Great eats.

First time at a Ghassan's. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma Pita with chips. Loved it!! The food was fresh and crisp. The flavor was bussin. Will definitely be here more often.
Decided to try the State Street location and the food was great as usual. They were super busy about 5 with take out orders. The picture I posted was a double skewer chicken with extra salad and they split the order. You cannot go wrong with Ghassans it is always delicious..

My wife and I have always enjoyed Ghassan's but this last visit at this location was a disappointment. Too much oil on the Steak and Cheese and the bread was saturated and dripping as we ate.
I've been going to Ghassan's for a long time and honestly enjoyed it more before they rebranded. Putting that aside, the last time I ate here I ordered the chicken pita and I kid you not, it smelled like fish. This restaurant doesn't serve fish... I asked the person I was with to smell it and make sure I wasn't insane and they confirmed my suspicion. Not sure if they are serving spoiled food or the employees aren't washing their hands but either way it's disgusting. I'm usually easy to please and just genuinely enjoy good food, but when something like that happens it's unforgivable. I won't be going back.
