This First Watch location is conveniently located in the new constructed Wendover Shopping center. It is similar to other First Watch locations I have been to. The ambience is semi industrial modern and the facility is maintained to corporate standards. It is easy to miss this location while driving on Wendover because it is right at the corner. I personally found this while I was reading the monument sign and took a quick turn to try this place out. The food quality is good and I will definitely visit if I happen to be on that part of town.

Definitely a great spot for breakfast. The earlier the better, even though the wait wasn’t that bad. They have you pay on the way out to help get people in quicker. Service was great, mimosas were good and strong. Food was good, just would’ve preferred my eggs Benedict more in a sandwich form for an easier, less messy bite but that’s just me. Will be back to try the million dollar bacon.
Very delicious sandwich and salad , and my daughter loved the pancakes! The wait to get a table is about 30-40min ,around lunch time ! They don’t have to many options on there menu mainly breakfast , and healthy sandwiches , soups , salads! If your looking for a healthy meal this is the place ! The inside of the restaurant is real cozy very casual , there is seating outside as well ! If your looking for a big meal this ain’t the place but if your wanting a light lunch and breakfast , I recommend it ! The Pineapple Express is non alcoholic and has a very good taste and there coffee is pretty good !
I have visited many First watch restaurants and Loved Them! The one's in Chesterfield Va and Durham NC we're excellent for wait times, food, and service! Yesterday I went to the one in Greensboro NC I was highly disappointed with the service that my daughter and I received. First the wait time ok I expected that it was 1 hr wait so at 1 pm we were seated, next when we were seated it took the waitress at least 10 mins to come over before she asked us what we wanted to drink. She did ask if we were ready to order and I said in just a few minutes. She took 15 mins to bring our drinks back and then dropped them off and took care of other tables so it was another 15 minutes before she came back to take our order. She never came back to check on us so we finally got our food at 1:50 pm the eggs were overcooked and I had a waffle with no syrup and no waitress to get it for me. So when she brings the bill she ask do I need syrup because she clearly sees me trying to cut a dry waffle. I will not come back to the Greensboro location again.. I live in Danville VA AND I DROVE to Greensboro thinking I would have excellent service like the other First Watch just to waste 2 hrs for bad service and food.
A good place for breakfast in Greensboro. The earlier you go the better. We reached around 8am on a Sunday and there were hardly anyone. But when we left around 9, there were people waiting outside. Gets busy as the day passes.Service was good, we did have a problem with mushrooms in the order when we had already mentioned our mushroom allergies. The manager took care of it and We were served with a freshly prepared order again quickly. The food was delicious and filling. The ambience is farm like and nice.
Make reservations on the weekend earlier rather than later. During the week eating here isn’t as long of a wait. This is a healthy breakfast place which can be great. I wish the food was more flavorful and there was an option for a typical hearty breakfast. I can seem to find a food there I’m truly happy with since it seems like there is so much going on. I would rather eat elsewhere or wait for lunch on weekends.I’ve had times where My group has ordered all sides they requested ahead of time and it takes multiple times for the server to give us what we asked for even until the rest of the table has finished their meal. We all get our food at different times. Or it takes forever to get a refill or see the server to just ask for something many mins later.

I do not leave reviews for restaurants. Ever. Because most of the time what I cook is better and the waitstaff is sub-par. First Watch on Wendover is literally the best place for breakfast you can go to. The food is amazing. The cocktails are excellent, the staff and managers go out of their way to make sure you are having an enjoyable experience. I had the Fresh Market hash (minus the potatoes), the million dollar bacon and the pomegranate sunrise cocktail. You can't go wrong here!!! Come when you can! The food is great.
Idea of what I thought I was getting vs what I got.Paid $2 extra for the Lemon Ricotta pancake meal only to get ..1 pancake, this small amount of strawberries and eggs tasted like clay.I also order a kids waffle meal was supposed to come with fruit & didn’t. If, my kid wasn’t so hungry I would have posted pic but I already cut the waffle up for him. My son only ate the bacon.The lemon ricotta pancake was delicious though.
