Went there for lunch today. Absolute disaster. Ordered 2 combos with Chili. Took forever to make the sandwiches. There was no ice in the coke machine. No spoons for the Chili and all he could do was shrug his shoulder and say "sorry". Got back in the car, drove to a nice spot to eat and realized he had given tne wrong sanwich and the chili had spilled into the bag as the lid was not placed properly. I was too upset to go back create a ruckus. Firehouse used to be good but this experience today was disappointing.
Nice..safe...clean and friendly. Usually was a regular at the battleground road location in Greensboro but they closed on me and I didn't know. Googled here n wasn't quite ten minutes away ...whew!!!... I just love firehouse subs..n for years now....was delicious as the others. Be back soon... can't go a month with out my firehouse lunch!!!! ?
I just left this location and I was truly disturbed by the fact that when I walked in I wasn’t greeted with the known Firehouse Subs greeting and I watched everyone who came in after me receive multiple salutations. When I left and another black woman walked in and she wasn’t greeted either. Gross. Will not be returning.
First time back in 2 years.... Food was horrible, staff was awful.... Place was dirty.. sandwich was not made correct. And the 2 guys working were to busy eating chips and watching basketball.
Came to this location for the first time about 2 weeks ago and I had a great experience! I understand every company is short staffed and I understand waiting. It looks like they were preparing a huge online order but I walked in ordered a sub and was in and out in less than 7 mins. Sub was made exactly like wanted it! Will be back!

This is the slowest place on earth. Also one of the rudest. I spelled out my name and the girl still could not get it right. Too busy on her phone to care.
Worker touched a phone with a glove on and then made a sandwich with the same gloves. Another worker wiped a trash can down and then used the same rag to wipe down the tables. Place was dirty. I will never come back.
Good service, but quality of the food was only fair. Nice location, clean and fairly priced.
Using the online order and pick up process. Sandwiches are made poorly, items are left out of the order. You pay $8-10 a sandwich here, and it is not worth it. Will not be going back.
