I wish I could give less than one.. Went in & it was only 2 people working. 1 person was taking the orders & the other was supposed to have been cooking the orders. The 1 that was cooking the orders acted as if he may have been high or in another world, but he definitely was not present . As they were given him the orders the slower he moved. He acted as if he didn't have a clue. There was 3 people ahead of me and after I saw how slow he was moving to serve the very 1st customer I left.
I wish I could give this restaurant a 0, but since 1 is the lowest score, I have to give them a score they don't deserve. My husband and I walked into the store with the idea something different to take home for the family and we were totally in awe of the lack customer service at this site. We walked in and were not greeted at all. The workers looked at us like we committed a crime walking into the place. The worse part is that we know they saw us because the guy behind the register looked at us and walked away. The person at cutting station was no better. I have never felt such a lack of respect. These employees need to be replaced with someone who cares about giving great customer service to those who come in to spend their money. We just walked out and still were not urged to stay! TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!
Poor customer service. Do not order your food in advance online, it will not be fresh. After being told the food would be would be remade fresh on arrival they proceeded to give me a sandwich that was made over 30 minutes prior (at the time I placed the online order).Then the manager says it doesn’t matter when the sandwich was made because it would sit under a heat lamp, keeping it “fresh”. Three different employees, nobody thought to do the right thing. Very frustrating.
Subs didn’t not taste regular because we tasted in other places and they don’t match them. Also we asked for ingredients one one sub but was added to a different one.
Never been to a slower firehouse subs. Could have easily taken the ACT with writing exam twice over in the time it took them to make one sandwich.
Im giving this 3 stars this time because I asked for a large sub and they gave me a medium. If that. Seems so small. Was tasty tho.
Food excellent, service excellent, store was clean. The only reason I didn't give it five stars it seems to me the prices are too high. Maybe every Firehouse is like that, I don't know...
i haven’t been to fhs since i was younger and i had some fond memories so i decided to try it again; it’s as great as i remember! i got the ny steamer which was just delicious; it melted in my mouth, and the side salad which was surprisingly good for a sub place. it was also very quick despite only a few employees. the employees were very polite, and the service was great. our cashier made sure to clean his hands which i appreciated. overall great experience!
The restaurant was clean and the service was quick. Our subs were delicious and my soda and her tea were both fresh from the machines. The workers were also friendly and I will definitely be back because of them!
Without question..one of BEST subs available.Personnel...most pleasant and prepared meal....excellent.Clean and safe to enjoy the meal...inside.
