Just through casual conversations with my friend, I mentioned Viva chicken and how I like their food. My friend immediately recommended to meet up again at Embur Fire Fusion. And boy....was she right about it.Embur Fusion serves great authentic food from Peru and draws inspirations from other latin cultures as well.....hence the word fusion. The food is better than Viva Chicken and so are the prices....they are a little higher. I would not mind paying that bill over again cause it is well worth it. High quality food and balanced flavors just light up your palate. The interior decor is chic, customer service is great and there is quite a buzz at this place. We went during lunch but my friend mentioned that this placed is packed in the evenings. My biggest concern about this restaurant is parking....it is a bit tight. Besides that.....this place is phenomenal and highly recommend to visit.

We just moved to Greensboro a few.monyh ago and have been experimenting with restaurants..Lunch today at Embur was outstanding! My husband and I split the whole chicken with salad and fries and this was honestly the best chicken I have ever had. The salad was good and fries crispy. Eating outside was enjoyable and the smell of frest basil growing in their containers was lovely. Our waitress was so friendly and made the experience more enjoyable. We will definitely be back !

Front to back, top to bottom, this is the best menu and food in Greensboro. I’ve lived in Greensboro my entire life (30+ years) and this is the best restaurant in town. Everything on the menu is fresh, prepared well and tastes great. The modestly priced entrees might grab your attention first but the Chicken and House Rice is simple and can’t be beat. We eat here all the time and can confidently say that you can ignore all the negative reviews and complaints about service. This isn’t fast food and Embur has adapted as well as any restaurant in a pandemic/post pandemic world can. This is my 1st recommendation to anyone looking for a unique experience, good food and a quality evening.

I believe this restaurant is under new management based on older reviews. We visited for lunch and the waitress was very helpful and friendly explaining menu and suggesting dishes. Everything we ordered was delicious and fast served. It is an intimate place so if you get bothered by bistro type places sitting close to other people then this place or any place downtown for that matter is not for you. Overall our experience was great and look forward to trying their salmon salad. The steak does have a price increase so be mindful when ordering online if you have ordered in the past.

We were two couples, we had a great meal. Mine, I can't stop raving about my salmon dish, utterly superb; everyone else was happy, too. Here's the "but" part, and keep in mind, I sympathize with restaurants who can't get enough good staff, I'm hip. If you're gonna have people other than the order taker deliver the food, know (a) that when people order appetizers, they shouldn't automatically be placed in the middle of the table for everyone to share, and (b) when you're delivering split checks (one for each couple, as we requested) be clear who ordered what. It's 'too late' and a little awkward to gripe about it when it happens. But again: a GREAT meal.

What an exceptional place. The general manager Jeff took care of us and made us feel like we were family. He was very attentive and accommodating with our every need. We had good conversation and was very personable for me and my family. Not only that the food was absolutely outstanding! We had a chance to speak with the chief Jorge. He made my churrasco that I had and let me tell you it was the best steak I’ve ever had! I am a chef and have worked in the industry for some time and I can easily say that Jorge humbled me and exceeded my expectations. What they have going on here is absolutely fantastic and I implore everyone to come and share the same amazing experience that I just had.

Soooo delicious always! My favorite restaurant in this area. The wood fired flavor is exceptional and the cevi he is amazing. Fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

We have visited Embur twice, hoping to give it a second chance because the food is so good. Sadly the management is poor and the guy who looked like the manager is unfriendly and unconcerned to the extent of appearing rude. The waiter was attentive but cannot do much about the slow food delivery. The bar attendants were good but overall the place is understaffed in the kitchen or the chefs are just really slow. 50 minutes to receive an entree, 20 minutes to receive a drink. Constant apologies from the waiter but no explanation from the manager! Embur seems to be doing well right now but it will lose business if their kitchen service and management does not improve. They seem overly concerned with filling online orders but forget the customers who are sitting at the tables. The appetizers we ordered were great but we had lost our appetites after a 50 minute wait for our entrees. Sad. Won't be back.

the lomo and Pisco sour are delicious!! customer service is even greater! only bad thing I can say is that I was with some friends who are hard of hearing and the background noise was extremely strong. The restaurant just echoes a lot due to the open floor plan they have. But of course, this is not a usual case. Just wanted someone on staff to know and also leaving this for anyone who is also hard of hearing. Otherwise, wonderful place! still 5 stars because we all loved it!

My mom and I eat here frequently. It’s the food that keeps us coming back. Their arroz chaufa is wonderful. The restaurant is always short-staffed with one hand not knowing what the other is doing. It always seems chaotic and you may wait extended periods of time to order and get your check. Having a background in food service, seems like poor management. If weather permits, I recommend sitting on the front patio. The inside of the restaurant gets extremely loud and crowded.
