good food good service and friendly environment
This was our first time at the Groometown location and we must say we were impressed by the look and style of the building. The service was great and the food was great as always. The big issue we had was the way our bill was rung up. I ordered a large Stromboli and my wife requested the cauliflower crust pizza which we were told was a 10” pizza. So she ordered that and requested to have ingredients of the vegetarian pizza. I also had a drink. We get our bill and it was almost $50!!!!My Stromboli was around $18 but her pizza ended up costing like $22. They charged us $1.20 for every single ingredient on her pizza!!! So we paid like $10-11 for just the ingredients of her pizza!!!! Crazy! We challenged the bill with management and they didn’t budge off the bill. It put a damper on an otherwise good experience.
We celebrated my son's birthday at the Groomstown location. The staff went above and beyond to make his birthday dinner special. Rhonda and Stephanie were awesome!!
We had their margherita pizza and a piece of their lemon cake. It was fresh good quality. Restaurant was clean. Our waitress was amazing kept our drinks topped off. The sweet tea was made perfectly 10/10 on point! We love this place and will be back ❤️.
Best Elizabeths Pizza in the Triad! Always get hot, fresh food and the staff provides solid service. Management is top notch. Pasta dishes are very good, too (better than Olive Garden, Carrabbas)! Highly recommend.
Me and my daughter went for a steak and cheese sub. Best sub I ever ate, hands down. It was so good, we went back 2 days later and it was just as good. They give you plenty of food for the price. Our waitor was awesome too!
Ordered the lasagna to go. Not sure what exactly I received. Much...red sauce. Little noodles hardly any beef. Some cheese..Ordered at 1145 hrs...lunch time. MOST DISAPPOINTING...one should view contents prior to leaving. Again. MOST DISAPPOINTING.
Revisited Elizabeth’s after a long break due to Covid restrictions and was glad to see it hasn’t changed. Food excellent, especially the calzones. Large and full of toppings. Good bread. Spaghetti plate plentiful. Quiet inside, only one other party was eating inside with us. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Prices reasonable but not cheap. Food made to order so have time to eat if you dine here. Parking plentiful.
Lots of great pasta dishes and big portions. Their take-out containers are very convenient. I go here all the time and the wait staff is nearly always helpful and on top of things.
The wings were great. Got the mild. But entirely too expensive 17.99 for 8 wings. One and done! I don’t know what I was thinking! Never again! Need to come down on that wing price.
