Sure do like their staff. Food always great. I felt compelled to do a review because tonight the staff really was great. Never had a problem in the past, but they really stood out tonight. Again, the food was great!
Absolutely love this hidden gem. You should try it folks. Possibly the best pasta in the entire triad. However, places like this, independently owned, were the hardest hit by the pandemic. Most of these places are very short-staffed. Let's rally around Mario and his crew and make sure they'll be around for us to enjoy for a very long time. And not just us but our grandkids and their grandkids. Seriously though, if you like Italian food and haven't tried Elizabeth's, at the intersection of Battleground and Horse Pen Creek, then you really don't have a clue what you're missing. Try the Alfredo with sauce made fresh every time you order it. Shoot, try the rotisserie chicken. And they do have a kid's menu, however, you might have to ask for it specifically. Anyhow, great restaurant. One of my all-time favorites. Let it become one of yours as well. Ciao bella???✌?
Loved it. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and attentive, and they encourage social distancing without being in your face about it. Can feel safe while still enjoying eating out ?
This place is a joke...run....The food is horrible. No seasoning. I spent over $100 and they messed up my order. I requested a particular dish and picked up my order drove all the way home from a longass workday...just to see it was made wrong. I was served something else. The mgmt was in the middle of closing down when I made the call to complain. the manager had the nerve to ask me to save my order and bring it back the next day so they can remake it which left me with nothing to eat. The next day they redid my order, I took it home....disgusting and it gave me diarrhea for 3 days. I'm starting to think that they put something in my food. Overpriced and food was nasty while mgmt was unprofessional. I don't recommend this location to anyone. I now order from the West friendly or West Wendover location
I really enjoyed our dining experience at Elizabeth's. There were 4 of us and we all ordered something different. We all enjoyed our meals. It was very nice. The food was good and the service was good. We all enjoyed it.
Please please please just avoid this store and go to groom town rd. Today I went sat and ate with my family about 6-7 hours later I came to the conclusion I have gotten food poisoning from the battleground location. Chills, bloating, nausea, server diarrhea. I called to complain and I was told 3 or more people had to be sick in order for them to take responsibility and 3 people are indeed sick with the same symptoms me my wife and my aunt all got it but because no one else was with us to be the fourth they don’t care nor do they acknowledge it so once again please save your time and check out Elizabeth’s pizza off groomtown rd. They are owned by the same family but hey at least the workers are better with the cooking and cross contamination
Would give it five stars if it wasn't so over priced compared to the others I have been too. The chicken veg soup barely had any flavor and the pasta was so so. 2 dishes of pasta, slice of cheese pizza and 3 drinks came up to $51!!! Insanity!
Great staff to accommodate parties. We had 22 people and the waitress was so on time and accurate. We had 4 children and everything needed was provided. Our glasses were always filled and she stayed on top of things. Provided saucers and spoons for dessert and cleaned as we went. The manager came over twice just to be sure we had everything we needed to celebrate our family birthday fun. The food was top notch. Excellent experience and I highly recommend.
Friendly prompt staff. The cheese pizza was hot and tasty.
Very polite staff. Our waitress was very polite and helpful, she throughly explained the menu. My pizza was very good, fresh ingredients. Highly recommended their pizza.
