Inside is never opened, so drive thru is the longest wait ever. Manager is always rude. Can't blame short staff cause when I attempted to enter there was at least 4 people working. The manager inside just yelled only mobile orders!!! I said I just need 2 donuts for my kids, it's their special treat morning. He scream I don't care get out. Never again. I hate the other coffee place, but I rather give them my money now.
I asked for sweet tea and right before they handed it to me, they asked me to confirm it was a sweet tea. I take my first sip of it and it’s black coffee… The manager was the one who made it and literally asked me if it’s sweet or unsweet, repeated exactly what I said, and then gave my black iced coffee. I have no clue how you get the two confused but I won’t be coming back to find out.
Closed the doors at 5 something, although it says open until 6pm. So we get back in the car to go through the drive thru and was advised that they only have 2 of this and 3 of that left! I'll never go back to this location...wasted my time and gas!
I appreciate this location bc it seems like all the others ones,esp the one in High Point ,always have a broken espresso machine and can't properly make standard drinks. So I don't bother anymore and drive out further to this one. The people are always friendly and the drinks are made correctly.
The drive through line is usually very long so I do online orders to pick up to avoid the long lines. I got there to pick up my order to find that the inside was closed and I had to wait in the long line. When I attempted to go inside, a girl came to the door and rudely told me that inside was closed, and when I asked nicely if she could bring me my order, she rudely told me no and shut the door in my face. I waited in the long line and eventually got my food that was cold, and was late to work.Do better. I am very disappointed in this location.
They are always out of donuts due to short staffing. I drove around to 3 different locations trying to find some so I'm not sure if this is the exact location of my review. The guy did end up giving us a free donuts for the trouble but it was also one of the few left at that time. We went around 11am.
My dad has been going to Dunkin donuts for 15+ years. He has gone to this particular dunkin donuts every single day for the past 3 years and for 6 months they have messed his coffee up EVERY.SINGLE.DAY.... he stopped going for obvious reasons but in 3 months we decided to get coffee as a family hoping maybe the coffee makers had more training since then,however the staff messed up every single drink we brought today.. Im VERY disappointed because out of all coffee companies and locations I chose this one yet they still messed up my order. We have wasted so much money going to this Dunkin donuts I WILL be calling corporate because this is VERY unexceptable for 15 years we NEVER had a problem with how they make the coffee im starting to feel like they are doing it on purpose. Whatever the case may be corporate will be notified, and I will make sure that all of my friends and family that go to this location find another coffee place to go to (which I really don't have to do because the staff refuses to make good coffee) I really should've stop coming the moment I had to wait in line for an employee to finish her joint, I won't make this mistake again
Line took too long, when we finally got to order my husband asked for a large hot caramel macchiato and the lady asked if he wanted flavor and he said “Caramel”.. after a lengthy wait, my husband still did not received what he asked as it was rang up wrong even after being told 3 times he wanted CARAMEL. Our croissants were also stale and tasted like they had been sitting a while. I’m a regular Dunkin’ customer and my experience at this specific location was anything but worth the detour on the way home.
Ordered bacon egg n cheese croissant bacon too hard to eat croissant dry and old could only take 1 bite. So disappointing this sandwich used to be a hot delicious sandwich
Bought a large iced coffee.... Had about 10 tablespoons of sugar in the bottom of the cup. Who does not know that you cannot add sugar to a cold drink and expect it to dissolve... Tried to call their phone number, no answer. Disappointed
