So my mother just went to pick up some donuts, got there and as she began ordering a dozen was told they were only doing online orders at the moment. She downloaded the app, made an account, ordered and paid. And then was told that they didn't have donuts, and that because she ordered online it's non refundable. Absolutely ridiculous.

What kind of doughnut shop sells you doughnuts they do not have..this one does. Absolute madness. Drove through for doughnuts. Was told I had to order online. Did so through the application. Drove though to pick up my order and was told they had no doughnuts. Was told to request a refund through the app. Total waste of time and money!

Order with uber.. the associate at dunkin was just going to give them the donuts I order no coffee bec they couldn't make it hot they said also stated they couldn't blend it only make it a ice coffee... I needed coffee this morning so not to upset but come on dunkin gotta do better not a happy customer

Great coffee and not so great food... but only if the items you order are actually available.5 out of the 7 food/drink options that I attempted to order were unavailable for one reason or another.I ended up with a vanilla ice coffee that was delicious and cream cheese stuffed bagel balls that started out well too.Unfortunately, one of them ended up having something rock hard inside of it that caught me off guard while chewing.After removing the unknown object. from my mouth, I decided that was enough bagel for me.This was my first visit at this location, so it is possible that my experience was not a typical one. But all I can speak to is the first impression they left me with today.

Ordered donuts, a coffee, and a bagel on Grubhub. They forgot to put the donuts in the bag. Called to talk to them and see what I could do about getting the donuts I paid for and he was extremely rude and said it was the Grubhub driver’s fault. Obviously the Grubhub driver didn’t cook or package the food so not sure how the blame could be placed on him. Have honestly never been here when the employees weren’t rude so not sure why I expected anything else. Don’t waste your time, go to the one on Battleground.

Man this place has really dropped the customer service. Lady at the drive is rude and gets order wrong. if you don't want business why open at all. It's really a shame cause the doughnuts aren't bad. But if all you can serve is cold coffee then half your menu is gone.

Breakfast sandwiches we're ok, donuts were good, and fresh we was excellent.The dining room door was locked and they are only taking orders at drive-thru (assuming cause of Covid).

Great customer service. Ordered a plain donut for our dog wonder. They made sure to wrap it separately to not get extra sugar and glaze on it. Coffee was hot. Drive thru past was very personable

Walked in, stood at the front and looked at what donuts they had left. A lady yells out from the side of the store telling me the front is closed! Huh?! It’s 11:20 in the morning. Your front door is wide open and you’re telling me the front is closed and I have to go to the drive-thru to order??? (Meanwhile they always get orders WRONG in the drive thru) As I’m sitting here in front of the store writing this, a guy just parked and walked in. He had on a UPS outfit. He now walked out with a coffee and his donut. But when I walked in 2 min ago the front was closed??? Another man just walked in…I’m currently waiting to see if he is served.Update: I asked the second man who walked out with his stuff if he order from the front and he told me yes, they took his order at the front. So I walked back in and asked them why did they just take 2 peoples orders but yet they are closed. The boy at the front said “I just gave it to him” I said what does that mean? You just gave it to him and he didn’t have to pay? They boy said yes! And it was the manager that told me the front was closed. Manager lady, maybe you should run the front while the boy is at the window. This store was NOT packed nor was the drive-thru. It could have took you all of 2 min to get my donuts but now neither me or anyone I know will be going to this store. Look at all the previous bad reviews about this store. Pretty soon It will have a new manager as they so desperately need one. Who ever owns this store please get a new manager because the one you have now is not a good look for your store. And what about the people who have no car? That cannot go through the drive thru? From the looks of the reviews your lobby is constantly closed. This place is worthless. They need to be shut down.

I was passing through Greensboro off I-85. This was the worst Dunkin I have been too. The food was not fresh at all and the coffee was not made properly. Hash browns dry and cold, sandwich just throwed together. The drive thru worker careless and not helpful. It’s truly sad, I throwed all the food in the trash. HORRIBLE! 12/31/21: 9:04am CHK 5694
