Great sitting area, lots and lots of toppings, frozen yogurt was dilishi !...customer service was good , like the design of the place and it looks very clean and well kept ? prices are reasonable and my favorite was the tart and chocolate ? ? ?
Was in there today at 4ish and 2 young ladies were eating from the machines with spoons tasting all flavors while the clerk ignored or allowed this unsanitary practice( keep in mind they have a sign posted no sample cups) I handed him my cup back and brought this to his attention and left. There are no words for such in a restarant
Best place for fro-yo in this area. The fro-yo is really good and they are chill about samples, which makes the overall experience better than others around here.
Tried for over a week to get a birthday party planned at the location. Nothing but excuses to get me pricing the next day and the next day and the next day. Used to love them, but after this experience will take my business elsewhere for the family.
We love this place. Very clean and the frozen yogurt is great.
Supposed to be open at noon. 30 minutes after an employee gets there, and still not open. I guess it takes almost an hour to open a store. Disappointed and they lost our business.
Pretty standard froyo place. Flavors were more chocolate and carmel than fruity. Good selection of toppings. Taking the kids is frustrating, because either they go crazy and you wind up spending $10 on each of them or you look like a controlling jerk, because you are trying to get them to be reasonable.
DO NOT WORK HERE! Owners expect you to be 100% with this job. Not just on the clock, off the clock too. You can not take a sick day or mental health day without being harassed by the owners. They do not offer breaks. They will not give you your agreed upon pay. And if you leave, they will not be respectful about it. She once called the workplace of a previous employee who left, demanding to know where she was. The frozen yogurt is really good. But Jennifer, if you’re reading this, never contact me again, and stop stalking me on social media.
I got a the strawberry lemonade flavor frozen yogurt (which was the only nondairy option, not sure if they change them)with strawberries kiwis boba and a little mochi but I didn’t care for the mochi. My guests felt as though their flavor options were lacking and I would agree but I wasn’t too hurt because I like strawberry lemonade. I did feel like they didn’t have many options for toppings that I liked but I’m obviously a fruit person. My guest feels like it was nice that the toppings were still fully stocked even though we went an hour before closing. I would say this shouldn’t be your first option if you are a non dairy fruit person but otherwise it’s straight
We go here quite a bit. Never any issues except for this last time. A woman came in, I think she was the owner as she went directly to the back as her 2 young sons went to town on the yogurt bar. Hands all in the condiments, licking their fingers, wiping their faces and continuing to fill their large cups until overflowing. When one ran out of room in his cup, he began spooning goodies into his open hand. Now I have kids and know how they would act if I let them dive in. The difference is I don't allow them that freedom especially at my place of business.
