I just experience the worst service in my life. I had to wait about 40 mins for sweet tea my wife and I ordered. After asking for a coke since tea was taking so long my waitress tells me oh it ready i just haven't gotten to it yet. Then after waiting on my wings for over an hour I was then told they no longer had the rotesserie wings I ordered. They ran out! Yes after waiting an hour. I will never visit again and waiter did not seem to care SMH ? My Waitress' name was MELINDA! (HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT TO EAT)

I had the stuffed mushrooms as my appetizer and then the shrimp and grits for my entree. Everything was spot on! The atmosphere was great, the cleanliness of the facility was well kept and the staff was friendly and professional! I used to go to the Darryl’s in Norfolk, VA in the late ‘80s and haven’t been in a while. I can say that I will be returning to this location very soon!
Hostess said wait would be 30 minutes. It was exactly 30 minutes and we were seated where we requested. Server came quickly. Took our order and food was out quickly. Chicken sandwiches, fries, mashed potatoes were all delicious. Great meal. Friendly and professional staff. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Highly recommend. Definitely will return if in the area.
Thoroughly enjoyed it. Cool atmosphere nice vintage and decorative items to observe on the walls. Each area seemed different but it still blended in together. Food was fantastic. I’ve never seen ribs this big. And never had them as good at a restaurant. Not as good as my mommas lol.I would definitely go back. It is a bit on the higher end or maybe it’s just be being cheap lol ??? but for 5 people it was ✌?bills. I had the rib eye AND the 6 stack of ribs so I shouldn’t talk I did it to myself.…….i couldn’t finish it all ? but that midnight snack tho ??
Older restaurant, good food and good service. boneless wings not great but everything else was good.
Don’t waste your time. Arrived to be told wait would be 1 hour-1 hour and 20 minutes. Restaurant was less then 25% capacity. I understand staffing shortages but this is ridiculous. Left at 1.5 hours. Never did get text notification that our table was ready, even though my husband checked with hostess at the 1 hour mark and was told 20 more minutes. Saw many people walk out, right after walking in. Spoke to another couple who also had an hour and twenty minute wait, they were still waiting.
Food was great! We had the provolone wedges as an appetizer. They were delicious. Wife had a salad, I had wings, both were great! Courteous staff, clean restaurant love the decor. 10 out of 10 in my book!

The ambience is very beautiful. Reminds me of old-school London or old-school New York. The service was good however, our waitress didn’t have her mask over her mouth and nose she kept it under her chin! So, when she came to our table we will put our masks on. But take a peek at the drinks and food… it’s was good, not excellent but good. I had the margarita flight. I added an extra shot of tequila. My hubby got the liquid marijuana. They were good a bit watery but what more can you expect from a restaurant? But all in all, I’d say we would eat here again.
